I needed a rush initial plate for a cremation box. We thought it came with the box but didn't. I called John at Crown Trophy and in 2 days it was ready and perfect. It was especially surprising they got it done so quickly, as it was awards night for a local school and they got it done a top of what was a huge order I could see when I picked up my initial plate. I needed a plaque for my boss retirement but I did not have any idea what to get. Merlene was very patient with me giving lots of ideas and suggestions.Finally nearly an hour later I found what I needed. She was so pleasant and cheerful. Their products are excellent quality!!!! My boss was Pleased!

Helpful staff Fair prices Efficient service I'm surprised I've had numerous trophy needs the past few years, but hey - life comes at you fast. I've had great luck on four separate occasions with speedy turnaround times for my needs, for fair prices, by friendly people. Not much more I need for trophy engraving or plaque availability. High recommendation!
