I opened my Citezens Bank account in Johnston RI about 6 months ago .the place is very clean ! The People that work there are so Pleasant ! If you need your money to be in a Safe place go to Citezens Bank on Hartford Ave in Johnston RI

This Citizens drives me crazy to be honest. First of all the ATM is so unreliable, I lost count of how many times it ate my card or have gone to take out money and the machine says "temporarily unavailable". It shocks me when it actually works. I gave up on going inside to the ATM because I don't have time for any of that. Also, they have 3 drive up lanes and usually only open 2 with 1 person working!! I sat in line for 20 minutes today and I got there around 7:50 (drive up opens at 8am) so she turns the lights on around 8:05 and it took forever. I like the location, it is convenient and there's plenty of parking but it usually is just overly busy and annoying.
