Best experience!!!After dropping my phone and shattering both the front glass and back on my iPhone, I had planned on going to the Apple Store in Providence- which I knew would be inconvenient for me and take serval days for an appointment and days for repair after speaking to an Apple representative. A friend of mine who was aware I needed repairs recommended I take my phone to “the place in the plaza where Yamato steak house is” as they had been there multiple times for various services. I had no idea this business even existed until they told me! I debated if I should keep my phone authentic and just go through the hassle of taking my phone to the Apple Store, but I chose to trust my friend and take a chance with this local repair shop. BEST DECISION made! Edgar, the associate, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Even my 9 year old son complemented on how nice he was to us after we left. Edgar was able to give me two options for new glass for the front screen (a basic, less expensive model verse a bit more expensive premium model.) Edgar, explained the benefits and allowed me to make the best decision for myself. Me, knowing that I am highly likely to drop my phone and shatter it again, I chose the less expensive model! He also let me know the process for repairing the back of the phones glass takes about 4 hours due to the edging that needs to be done on the glass and that it’s best to come in the morning to drop off for that procedure (he also informed me that they can preform color changes for the back as an option too!) I chose to have the front of the phone serviced first and that I would return another day for the back. Edgar was able to service the front glass on my phone immediately and said it would take approximately 30 minutes to replace the glass. My son and I went and had a quick lunch close by and returned to my phone repaired, with a new screen protector I asked for, for the extra protection and the new case I had picked out, it looked beautiful! (Speaking of which, I must add and rave about the large selection and variety of phone cases they have in stock for all phone types and sizes- very impressive!) Edgar completed a functionality test with me present on my phone upon pick up to be sure all features were working appropriately. He then assured me that if there are any issues such as ghost texting and etc, to give them a call and they’ll take care of it. The screen has a 6 month warranty with no damages. I can not say enough good things about this business from the quality of service to the customer satisfaction! Shop small and local- you won’t regret it! Thank you Edgar!-Renee

What a place! A new phone cost you $1000+. Edgar had mine fixed in less than 1/2 hour and back to working 100% for just over $100. Can not recommend these guys enough. They fix is all, screens, batteries, swaps, etc. Fast service, great work that they stand behind and Edgar (really good dude).

My screen broke and nothing showing up on it . Edgar was so helpful explaining the process of fixing my phone. He showed me some phones in the shop explaining benefits of each. Filling out the paperwork was a quick process. I was in store total 15 minutes ( my A52 had to be ordered). 2 days later my phone was ready.Had a weird vibrate noise so when took in next day Shawn took apart and set settings and now phone works great.Both staff members very nice and knew what tbey were doing.I highly recommend having a broken phone fixed here.

Don't bother. The young woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and when we said we were going somewhere else she said "That's good".Repairing our screen at home now because it was less of a hassle than dealing with that jerk.

Went to this location for a replacement screen protector for my phone and was given this, not what I had purchased previously from this location, told the saleswoman my screen looked darker and was told this is what I had. Stopped in today because I cannot see my screen during the day at all and was told she couldn’t replace it but if I wanted to purchase another one I could. Never again, sorry, but supporting small business doesn’t pay sometimes

Dave was excellent. He replaced my daughters screen in 20 minutes flat. He was extremely nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend this place for any cell phone needs whatsoever!

Excellent service from Dave. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He identified the issue with two phones, (damaged screen protector). Made the necessary repairs and we were in and out of there within 20 minutes. Cost was very fair for the services rendered. Definitely would return if we have any other needs.

0 stars if I could. My apple watch screen shattered. Went there to get it fixed. They put a defective screen on it while waiting for a new screen to put it on. Never put the new screen on said it was actually fine, also failed to tell me I no longer could get my watch wet. Watch got a little wet (I've had it for 2 years and it's been in all kinds of water and never had an issue) it completely stopped working. When I asked for a refund it was denied. So now I'm out $175 and a watch. Should have just bought a new watch in the first place or sent it to the real experts at Apple to fix. Do not go here. Complete scam. Go to the professional experts instead.Response to owner: That is completely false. I actually have the paper on it that says the screen was defective and they were waiting for the new part. He never once mentioned water damage at all until AFTER I came back when it completely stopped working. Never once mentioned I could never get my watch wet again. So sounds like your technician is giving you the wrong story. I also left you my number at the store for you to call me and yet have received a phone call. Horrible customer service. Never again. Lesson learned.
