I used to really like this place but the past three times I have came here to do my laundry, someone touches my clothes. I don’t know if it’s a worker, one of them is really nice and one is a bit rude. I’m not able to stay and watch my laundry as I’m always busy and use my time doing laundry to take other chores. I always set timers to be back 5 min when the load is done washing or drying. For the past three times, someone has either taken my clothes out the dryer (it wasn’t a house labeled dryer) second time my dryer was opened half way through the cycle and not restarted and again… someone opened my dryer, half of the blanket was on the floor and DAMP. Like who did this? the craziest part is that there’s a bunch of driers availableIt’s just crazy because stuff like this NEVER HAPPENS at green jeans, only this one.

Very clean, affordable machines. Adorable little town spot. Folding tables, couches, good internet and everybody knows everybody. Coin op which is convenient.

Called to ask for a manager and was told I had the wrong number. Called back to talk to someone to follow up on a job application on indeed and the woman was very rude and claimed she never heard of it and claimed they weren't hiring (the post was from 2 days ago)

This place is amazing ?I love the fact that it is open at 6 am on a Sunday. I went in and asked the attendant a few questions and she was so pleasant and very informational. Great prices, professional, clean and let's not forget the adorable puppy ??☺️

They make you feel guilty when you come in with a lot of laundry needing multiple machines They even have you take your clothes out of the dryer before you have a chance to finish folding the one you were working on i Just Spent the money there doing a family of 4 laundry From vacation I understand it's a lot but that's also a lot of money they shouldn't make their customers feel guilty it's just Poor business To have a customer leaving there feeling uncomfortable and unwanted

I called to check the last wash before i drove there and unloaded my stuff. They told me 6 pm was the last wash. I showed up at 10 minutes to 6 and the door was locked. The attendent came to the door and said she was in the bathroom sorry. Then said i couldn't wash my clothes because she leaving. It was still before 6pm and I waited 10 minutues along with other customers. its freezing out today and now too late to go anywhere else in the area Had reload all my stuff back in the car. . Definitely not bringing my business here!

We had some issues with integrity (hiding damaged shirts in the middle of large loads without notice and then acknowledging knowing about them later) and service (after we expressed our concerns we had trouble getting same-day service). A few times we returned clothes that weren't ours. A few times we lost some clothes. We never asked for compensation. We were further surprised by the lack of communication when we emailed management about our concerns. No response to a long-time customer on primarily good terms. There are some good people in the day-to-day ops but if you have a legitimate problem don't expect management to show they care with a response.

Hours were posted as "open until 7 PM." I work all day but went after work a little after 5 PM and started to wash my laundry. At 6 PM, I put four loads of laundry into the dryers for 45 minutes and left to run a few errands. On my way out, I said "thank you, I'll be right back" and the attendant said "okay." When I returned at 6:44 PM, the lights were off, all doors were locked and the four dryers were still spinning. There was a small note that mentioned "they would close if no one was in the laundromat" but I didn't think they would leave while my clothes were still DRYING! I still had 15 minutes before the posted close time. I'm very displeased with this and had to go back at 8 AM to retrieve my clothes that were locked overnight in Bowser's Bubble. I will not return to this laundromat, it's unfortunate that they cannot stay open until their posted hours.
