Zero customer service. If you are a small business, and need a notary, be prepared to go somewhere else. They don't have a notary here. If you need a letter confirming you have an account with them, they won't issue it here. You have to call an 800 number. Why? Why can't they generate the letter here? I had to wait for 2 hours on the phone, and ended up never getting that done. Thankfully it's not the end of the world, there's Citizens near by. Opened a new account there, and got that letter issued immediately. If you are a business customer, avoid this bank at all cost. They operate by some 18th century model. I mean what bank in our day and age can afford not to offer the notary to their customers?! You have to show your id for any tiny deposit here, even though they know you for many years. Too big to care...

The problem is getting the information I needed. I have been all around on this telephone information line for an hour. Can not get anywhere. I go to get the code to make an appointment and all they do is give me the balance. I need to talk to a representative. It is very important. I cant even make an appointment for a callback. The bank is not open. Thet closed the drive thru, for whatever reason, dont have a checking account. Only have ATM big deal. Can only get 300.00 a day. Dont have a big savings acct but now I need money to pay my Bill's and no way to get my money to do so. As soon as banks reopen for business I will certainly take my little acct and go else where. Your bank sucks

Lobby closed with no notice or reason. It is 11:00 am on a Tuesday. Web site says open. So, just a waste of time going to this bank.

I went into this branch an hour before they were closing to ask for help with proof of payment for electronic payment and also for notary service. The agent told me he had 2 clients and could not help me and to go to AAA for notary services. The bank manager printed out my statements as proof of payment wo really heating what kind of assist I needed. There were 3 agents wo clients and only one with a client. Tried to get me to go to a branch down the street who were open til 5pm. Worst customer service ever at BOA.

I love bank of america. I hate this location. Everytime I go in they can never help me. And this time they sent me over to AAA for a notary. Why are all the other banks helpful except this location.

Bank Manager told this older woman to go home they could not help her right now. They were too busy. WTF? I sat their and witnessed this. Bank of America just keeps getting worse.

Add an appointment to meet one of the financial solutions advisers. Had a fantastic experience from start to finish and highly recommend this branch and that financial solutions advisor.

Always closed when I need to go. Should be open till 5-6 at least some days. Also they are only open 3 hours on Saturday which is disappointing

It's 2:51 pm, 15 loyal account holders in line waiting with 1 teller and 1 superior watching doing nothing. This is an embarrassment of an establishment. It's bad enough the hours of BOA are terrible, but when I get time to go inside for the first time in months I am turned away. Big banks wonder why people are turning to credit unions.
