A+ experience , I always dread buying a car because of the high pressure sales guys and gals , Matt is the total opposite doesnt try to sway you in a certain direction and is always happy to answer any questions you have about the vehicle or known history of the vehicle . Process was super smooth all around in a very laid back atmosphere , the quality of the cars on the lot speaks for themselves they're all in great condition. Another thing that I thought set them apart was Matt followed up after the sale to make sure everything was good with the truck and registration , Bottom line is I would tell my own mother to go see Matt at 401 so theres no reason why you shouldn't check them out.

I just recently purchased a Silverado from this dealer. I was very stressed out about my situation with my bills and 4 kids. Even when I was taking a lot of my anger out on the dealer for minor stuff. (Matt) the sales guy who sold me this truck came threw for me and even delivered the title and truck. “Note” separate days just to help me due to work. If you need a vehicle, and expect it to be reliable and ready for the road. Well I honestly can vouch for this dealer. “Matt” really ended up coming threw for me and went above and beyond what I imagined. “Side note” the guy “secretary” is a funny and good guy as well. I just want to thank them as well as the mechanic and hope my review will benefit them and you if you are looking. I appreciate all the effort and I’m very satisfied with my results.

We just scored the most amazing Escalade from 401 Auto. Everything we were told was true. Beautifully maintained, low miles and just off of a previous lease, which is such a bonus when buying used. Matt was there, and continues to be there every step of the way with any and all questions when dealing with operations, or anything you could need assistance with, down to changing the colors on the dash. Bonuses like new tires, new tint, remote start, 100k mile warranty $2000 cheaper than factory, and great pricing actually lower than market value!!! Job well done!
