I have been having a problem with USPS packages through Amazon. A woman called me up from the Scituate Post office just to tell me I was wrong. She didn't even listen to me when I tried to tell her that I knew the problem was with Amazon, or that she could close out the incident report that Amazon opened. She just wanted to argue with me at 8:30am.

They never answered the phone. I was calling about a package that was never delivered because they "couldn't find the address", when they deliver mail to that address every day.

Mail issues constantly and there’s no way to get help. Mailman leaves packages sticking out of my box with no care at all. I got better service in a bad neighborhood. Crazy. A PO Box is in my future.

I have an online store where I sell merchandise and then ship it out nationwide. So I come here quite frequently & there's only one GREAT employee who knows what she's doing- quite frankly & thank god she's almost always there! However the last few weeks I think they have increased their staff because I've noticed a few other faces and have seen them a few times. Either way this is my favorite post office as I'm usually in and out!

The lady that picks the phone up was nothing but rude to me on the phone. Told me to stop calling to check if my mail was there. That i will get somthing in the mail saying I have to come in. I was in complete shock of how ignorant the lady was on the phone

I called with questions about the PO Box application and they were so nice and so helpful. Also glad they have better hours than most Post Office in the area.

Awful. Awful. Awful I've had packages dropped in the middle of the driveway. I've had tags left for certified mail down at the end of my driveway they never even bothered to come ring the bell I've had my packages delivered to my neighbors and vice versa come on I've been living here eight years you don't know the name or the address yet

This post office is awful. Horrible customer service, snotty attitudes from the employees, place is never open on time and the mail carriers are lazy. The carriers would rather leave a note telling you to come pick up your package at the post office instead of actually making an attempt to deliver. Place is just awful and should be closed.
