I didn’t get her name but we were there at 12:30 on Friday 10/20/23. I just wanted to recognize how helpful she was. I’ve worked with the public for over 25 years and I know it’s nice to get praise once in a while instead of complaints.”

1276 Bald Hill Rd 2 Unit 15, Warwick“my dad and i went in here to look at computers. we were looking for a laptop. we bought a nice one. its a backup for my laptop. first computer i ever had was a del. it was a touch screen, it only lasted a year. my dad ordered it. when we needed help fixing it, my dad calls a lady in india, and she tells my dad he has to ship it to india. i just got a new computer. staples is the place to go if you need a computer.”

“They have standard post office service, but honestly I don't expect the USPS to rush ship packages and all seeing they get about a billion dollars in debt a year. Technically speaking the guy who gave someone tape can get in a lot of trouble so it would be best if you got over $4... Or just prepared your package ahead of time.”

Old Atwood Ave, Johnston“One of my packages was delivered to the wrong parcel box(our complex has a cluster box for packages. I let the post office know online and later Got a call at work stating the package was found and put in my box. When I opened the P.O. Box there was my package with a little note stating what box it was in and that they were sorry. I really appreciate the leg work -- I bought a lot of sweaters on sale for fall and would have been bummed if this package was lost.”
“There was only a couple people ahead of me, and she apologized for the wait(it was only a couple minutes). They are quick and are super friendly. I live in Coventry, and I prefer this post office over the Coventry one.”

“I just moved back to the area and had to put a hold on mail so I probably come here more often than the average person right now. It's the holiday season and every time I've gone in, the lady with short dark hair has helped me. She can have a line of 20 people and still have a smile on her face, help a couple people at once, and still deliver excellent customer service to each and every person. I appreciate all of her efforts and will add her name to this review next time I go in there :)”
