horrid customer service... after charging us for filling up the WRONG HOUSE they argued over several phone calls until someone intelligent realized they were wrong. Go somewhere that respects their customers

We have a home that is nearly 90% windows. We were looking for air conditioning but no one could design a way to accomplish it. William came and studied the situation, came up with a design and his workers did an excellent job installing and making the mini split ductless AC work and looks nice. Great work! Unprofessional, childish and glorified secretaries. The company delivered the oil to the wrong house, still billed me and then did not deliver the next day. My oil was almost empty with a 3 month old baby in the house. When we finally got our delivery after the weekend the lady had the audacity to call back and say "mom made it seem like you were out of oil". I'm sorry I didn't want my tank completely empty before you got here. Oh and by the way you're not suppose to hang up in a customers face that has been with the company for 4 years! I will be taking my business elsewhere you over priced f**ks!

I have the joy of being married to Bill Jr. so I may be a little bias. However, there are many times that he heads out on service calls, helps a neighbor when their oil company hasn't shown up or stops to help thaw pipes... when I wish he would get to be home with his young kids. So, I recommend them because it's a family company and most fail to realize the customers are the family.

Reichert should not keep credit card information on file and charge a consumers credit card 3 years after service was done, for an error that they discovered on their end. No prior notification - just showed up on my bill. Do NOT trust this company.
