She also is doing all the alterations for me, knowing that they close at 2 pm on a Saturday. I can go in unannounced and both Paula or Ralph are willing to clean or look at it just to make sure it still looks sturdy and prongs are secure. I am so happy to support this local business. I will continue to go there for all future shopping and recommend others to them for their wonderful customer service. **Note** Their hours are limited so call before you go just to make sure they are open. They do have great deals, their Jewelry department is #1 in my family’s book. You won’t get better treatment in any other Pawn Shop. “We first went into Kay’s 8 years ago to update my wedding ring. Tahani was amazing!! She spent so much time with us and made sure we got exactly what I wanted at a price we could afford. They told me they wouldn't do the overhaul without replacing the band. So happy I declined the work. Fred was a delight to speak with. I found a diamond I really wanted to purchase. I was assisted in finding the perfect setting that allowed me to wear my grandmother’s wedding band nestled perfectly against it. It was dipped and sized to wear as a beautiful set. “I have loved the paperstore and usually go to Manchester but saw one in Warwick. Very similiar both locations and lots to look at. You definitely can find a gift for either yourself or someone else. Looked around at the clothing, jewerly, ornaments, cooking items, and usually I cant get out without buying something lol. So many cool items. Asked a worker to look at some jewerly, then she walked away but someone else came to help me. It was a earring and necklace set I have been wanting but very pricey. Couple hundred just for the earrings. Beautiful collection though. I recommend the paper store for gifts.”
