“We have used Auto Body Concept for a few accidents we have had in the last 20 years. I just got my car back from a recent accident. My accident was at 8:30 am and by 1 pm I brought my car and had a rental since my car was not drivable. Rory took care of everything. I had the insurance names and all I had to do was sign a few papers. He did all the work. I’ve sent my daughter and friends there and they had great experiences too. The work is A plus and the service is unlike any I have had ever. My car inside and out was spotless and like new. Great local company!”

“My insurance company gave me a bogus estimate. Hi Tech provided me a rental car, and they dealt with the insurance adjuster. When I picked my car up they had even detailed the entire inside of my car. My car hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the car lot 4 years ago. Great service, providing the rental car without having to go through a car rental agency was a plus.”
“My experience with Anthony's began with repairs due to a truck losing some material and causing damage to my 10-year old Mercedes' The repairs included body work and replacement of the windshield. I was exceptionally pleased with the repairs. Fine workmanship, excellent communications and friendly people. Recently, I brought the car in for a full detail and I was very impressed with the work done. I jokingly said that the shop saved me $50,000 because it came out looking brand new so I no longer needed to replace it with a newer model. Great people, great service and total satisfaction. “I bought a vehicle from Jim about 7 mos ago. He walked me through the whole process and has been very patient and understanding with every annoyance I have bothered him with and there have been many. The beginning of Nov two of my Rogue was making a weird noise, on my way to class, like the caliper was stuck. I immediately came home. I called Jim and he came to my house to check it out. The caliper was indeed stuck, and had gouged my rotor. He had it brought right into the shop to find out the why. We later found out that two of my lug nut bolts had snapped, when I had accidently caught a curb a week or so prior. He and Mike went about getting the problem fixed. He also made sure I had a vehicle to use, even though my insurance did not cover rentals, and he did not have to, while he fixed the Rogue. When someone hit the loaner car, while parked near my house. I panicked and was really anxious about it. I called the police to report the hit and run. Then called Jim. He simply came looked at it, told me it would all be fine, to call my insurance company. He and his whole team have been wonderful to me. When it was all said and done, I only had to pay my deductible. He is an honest man and came through for me from the start. I would highly recommend his services whether buying a car, or repairs.”

“Rob and Keith are both great (I couldn't think of a word to describe better then great but they go well beyond) at what they do. They're work cones out amazing his prices are reasonable especially compared to other body shops or dealer body shops. I've never had a problem with any work they do and I've brought 5 or 6 different cars to them for body/ paint work. They also deal with ur insurance company in full so u don't have to and trust me it can be a real P.I.T.A. sometimes. They are the only place I'll bring my cars for any kind of body paint work nowadays. And on a side note you get that personalized service u only find from smaller businesses nowadays.
