The Clothes Pin is my go to laundry mat. I drop off large items like blankets and comforters and they staff are friendly and ready to answer any questions I have about the best way to wash. They package your belongings in a bag that’s perfect for storage and their service are worth every penny.

I used the same dryers every other week and this time my clothes did not dry I put 10 quarters in the dryer the first time, 1hour and 10 minutes now 40 minutes longer I would like my money back!

Hopefully they get the machines fixed soon, about 60% of them are out of service. They do have wash and fold service here.I think they are going to be sold or close soon.

Dropped off once for laundry service. 3 bags ended up missing items and we inherited someone else’s pairs of underwear.

The staff is helpful for sure and theyve a decent amount of machines. Soap dispenser machine needs a fix but still purchasable behind the counter so don't discourage

I used to go to coin-op they went out of business it's too bad I went there for 20 years when I used to do my laundry and my mother's. Now I'm going to go to the clothespin they're $750 I think for 10 lb so that's where I'm going to go from now on and a lot closer to Ferris Avenue thank you.

Great drop-off laundry. Fantastic service - meet and exceed all our needs/instructions in a timely manner. Have used going on four years. Affordable and efficient. Have recommended to friends and strangers alike.

The machines are clean and facility seems clean although it’s not as modern as the website advertises. My huge complaint is one of the workers had an ill-fitting mask that loosely hung on her face fully exposing her mouth and nose while talking and laughing loudly and because of close quarters she was not socially distanced from the 3 people she talked to. I won’t be back.

Not many washers dryers available sometimes due to maintenance required, but good quality washers and dryers.
