I call and my order is process right away, to be pick up 1hr. I wish they can be open to public to I can visit them and see material in person. But everything is great, price is good. Shane and Gary are great helpers when buying, they both try to find you the best solution.

Terrible communication.
The actual workers who are the backbone of the company are great people.
Upper management and owners are egotistical hypocrites they dont take the time to acknowledge customers or the worker's.

i worked for the company, the way they treat there employees is sickening. they pretty much drove me away. so disrespectful. and the way they treat there customers is horrible. im sorry i thank you for the opportunity but managers shouldnt be talking to other co workers about there associate. i was only there for 2 weeks i never felt so disrespected in a work enviroment in my life.

The staff at Nepco is knowledgeable and friendly. To the person who was not in our industry and wanted to buy sign materials , I say hire a professional and your problem will be solved. Nepco protects our livelihood by only selling to the trade.
