So disappointed in the outrageous increase in price for bedspreads. I have used this laundry for years and always liked the service but to increse prices more than double is ridiculous. I will have to drive further but I will no longer be a customer of Laundry Plus

Terrible Experience for Disabled Customers
I had to spend over $50 to get my laundry done here (usually $20!) because their large machines were constantly unavailable. They prioritize their wash-dry-fold service over customers like me who need
to use the machines. I ended up having to use multiple small machines because of this. The dryers take forever, and my clothes never come out properly cleaned.
What really bothers me is the atmosphere. The staff isn't very helpful, and the people who come in are often unfriendly. I was even harassed by another customer, and as a disabled person, I expect the staff to ensure a safer environment. Instead, they let the situation happen without stepping in. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this laundromat to anyone, especially those with disabilities

I have always dropped off my queensize lightweight comforter to be washed here and have never paid more than $18 to $22. Today they told me it would be $55. Per their manager they said. More than doubled to throw it in a washer and dryer?? I'm all set and will not be using them again. It's a shame to gouge prices like that. Apparently they don't want the business. ?

This is our local Laundromat. We have been using them for the last two years and they used to be a good place to wash your clothes. The two women that used to work there did a tremendous job at keeping the machines clean. Unfortunately, both ladies no longer work there and there are new people working there.This is the 2nd week in a row where we washed our clothes there, just to get home and realize they smell weird. On top of the odd smell, the clothes also smell burnt even though they weren’t in the dryer that long. We are constantly finding things in our laundry that doesn’t belong to us. Little trinkets, metal nails, aa coins etc… we’ve decided to stop going here and just travel further to a different laundromat.

BE AWARE THAT THEY BUY TIDE, DOWNY AND BLEACH LITTLE BOTTLES AT DOLLAR TREE FOR $1.25 EACH THEN RESELL IT AT $2.50 EACH COMPLETE SCAM. GO NEXT DOOR DOLLAR TREE AND BUY IT FOR $1.25.

Does not have that "depressing aura" like most mats. Use the extra extraction feature and you will not have to wait more than 40 minutes to dry.
