Lucy and Eric were amazing! The quality of service was unparalleled. They were patient as my skittish pup fought getting into the van. Once she was in, they were kind and even talked about her with me while she got settled. It was great I was able to stay with my pup and comfort her through the process. I have already booked my second appointment!

Lucy as the owner of Fur Kidz had been coming to my home to groom my two dogs (2 year old Labradoodle and 10 year old Bichon) for about 8 months. They were getting groomed today at my home. I pulled in from doing weekend chores and as I offered to pay her I saw this anger in her eyes about how matted my dog was. I was caught so off guard. I brush my dogs three times a week and had just recently bathed both 7 days prior. I saw a side of her today that I hope to God my dogs haven't seen from her. I take the blame for not using a fine tooth comb but NO other groomer has Ever said this to me, never mind treated me that way. She does not have the temperament for this .

This was the first time I have ever used mobile pet grooming service. My dog is 15 pounds so not so big but don’t let that fool you. She is very tuff. The patience that Eric and Lucy have. Is incredible I felt very comfortable with them. Great job u will definitely have my business again. Well worth it

Started out well, ended badly! I have been taking my dog to groomers for 12 years and none ever said my dog had matts. Furkidz said otherwise this time and shaved him down like a chihuahua; as a prior groomer told me, shaving like that is for groomers who want to make it easy for themselves. Okay not ideal...but really it's the rudeness displayed by owner of business if you question their approach that was the last straw. She makes you feel like she's doing you a favor by taking your business! No more Furkidz for us!
