Trying to get in touch with the owner of this establishment, the washer not only began to leak, it didn't do a good job washing the clothes, and my clothes were soaking wet!! I had to bag up my soaking wet laundry and take them to another laundromat to rewash and dry! The washer cost me $9.00 to wash at this place the total amount after taking my laundry to another laundromat, (where there was an attendant working) cost me $18.00!!Not a happy customer!!!!

Wouldn't let me reply to you. But I didn't say your taking advantage of your customers. I said the decrease in minutes is screwing people like me. You should talk to the mayor about increase in your bills. So ridiculous. Knew making Riverside" better" would result in this so technically it's nor all on you.just sucks. And sucks you're going along with it.

Very clean, reasonable prices, very friendly owner. They are clearly taking Covid very seriously, requiring facemasks etc.

Clean, plenty of machines, and good hours. Self service: not staffed, but friendly when there. Security cameras inside and outside add safety. Wish there were faucets in laundry area. Would go again and would recommend it to others.

Great wonder. Absolutely horrible communication though thru the current pickup worker. Can't get anything clean since she never answers or connects with me. Worse timing ever due to my physical disabilities. I really hope to change this whole review too!! Asap!

Nice clean place to do my laundry in a pinch...still has some of the older machines that were here from the previous owner, the ones I like to use..Tim's a friendly guy who welcoms you when you come in..and its also a short distance from my home...convenient hours as well...

This safe and Clean coin-op facility is really conveniently located. I like that I don't have to worry about where my card is just to wash( or losing it with money still loaded). I usually wash and do some errands, throw clothes into the dryer and grab a coffee across the street at Borealis. Sometimes I’ll vacuum my car while I wait. Busy on the weekend but weekdays are generally quiet. The late hours are helpful when there's not enough time in a day!

I've come here about 5-6 times and it's been nothing but positive experiences. We met the owner, such a nice and friendly gentlemen. He even remembered us the second time we went in! I like this place a lot better than the landromat a couple miles away. Also, this place is conveniently located around some shops and a bike path. It's fairly priced and we will continue to come to this facility.
