I’ve been a regular customer at this Walgreens for years, and I must say, it’s clear that new management has been doing something right!
From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel a positive shift in the atmosphere. The staff seems genuinely happier and more enthusiastic, especially since the summer began. Their cheerful demeanor and willingness to assist make every visit a pleasant experience.
The store itself has never looked better. It’s impeccably organized, clean, and well-stocked. The layout make it easier to find what I need, and the attention to detail is evident in every aisle.
It’s refreshing to see a place where the employees’ morale is high, and their dedication to providing excellent service shines through. Kudos to the new management for creating such a welcoming and efficient environment. I look forward to my visits now more than ever!
Thank you, Walgreens, for making such positive changes. Keep up the fantastic work!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Walgreens advertised for Christmas that you could turn a picture into a 252 piece puzzle. I decided to buy 7 of them, spending over $200. I placed my order & I waited an hour past my allocated wait time to be courteous. I go to pick up my order they inform me that it’s going to take a long time to make them because no one in the store has ever made one & they didn’t know what they where doing. I said alrighty not a problem I’ll come back. An hour later I get a voice mail from a Walgreens employee saying that I’m not cropping my photos right through the app because when they’re printing them it’s not coming out right so I need to figure out how to fix it. So I drive back to Walgreens and I explain to the employees that I’m not cropping the photos the Walgreens app crops it for you according to how they are supposed to be printed, they argue with me saying they don’t know what to tell me it’s not working & they don’t know how to fix the issue. So I patiently tell them it’s OK you guys take your time and figure this out. These are Christmas gifts and I would like to purchase them. So I wait around for another 45 minutes while 3 people try to figure out how to print these puzzles. They finally tell me why don’t you try printing it on the kiosk, so I try printing it on the kiosk they tell me it’s not working mind you now a 4th person has come to help them 2 employees 2 managers. Nobody can figure this out. I finally said you know what I’m all set. This is to much stress. I’m taking my business elsewhere. One of the managers rudely said OK then have a great night with a sarcastic tone like I’m the problem when I’m trying to spend over $200 on a product you’re advertising for me to buy. I ended up placing another order for 7 puzzles at a different Walgreens. Waited my allocated time got, the notification that my puzzles were all set. Went in to pick them up. Everything was absolutely perfect. The puzzles came out beautiful. Will never give my business to the Richmond Walgreens ever again after that fiasco. Clearly, nobody was trained properly or they just didn’t care which is really sad, if you’re going to work in customer service and be a manager then you should really know how to talk to people instead of acting like you have no idea what you’re doing.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The corporate Walgreens does not care about this store or the people who need it. I've hung in there for a long time but I've dad enough. I'm transferring out. So fortunate we have an excellent pharmacy nearby.

Since Walgreens took over for Rite Aid, it has been nothing but a train wreck for months on my prescriptions. Every month. Store hours never updated correctly, time missed on controlled substances due to not being open or technological mishaps on their end. I like the pharmacists and this isn't their fault, it's the system. But after months ofvissues, I'll be taking my husiness elsewhere permanently after 14 years.

The pharmacy and staff always go out of their way to be helpful. You can also get shots and a COVID drive thru is available at this all location. Always have great sales! Worth checking out, not as expensive as CVS!

The Richmond RI Walgreens store was a normal Walgreens with good staff and inventory until Covid hit. Since 2021 the store has gone downhill. Pharmacy affected the most. You can easily be on hold for over 2 hours with pharmacy and sometimes they won't answer at all. It's a shame that Walgreens doesn't care about this store or our Richmond and Hopkinton residents. Local TV channels should be contacted or newspapers. Pharmacy hours became irregular beginning of 2022 due to shortage of pharmacy staff. No weekend hours end of January 2022. No notice given to customers on the phone systems. It seems to have become a conspiracy of not giving out explanations or notice- except by small notices posted on pharmacy window. Recently my daughter had an infection and unfortunately her meds were sent there and she couldn't get any answer or meds. The lack of transparency and secrecy involved has made our entire family question the corporation and safety for residents. We've transferred out. Beware! Their pharmacy hours always change and phone system doesn't inform you of the frequent closures. ***Apparently as of 2/7/22 the insanity continues as a neighbor reported being on hold with no end in sight as of 9:26am on this day. We feel bad for the staff as management and Walgreens Corporate seems uncaring even when issues reported to corporate!

Terrible customer service. Do not answer phone calls, put you on hold for 5-10 minutes and the hang up.
