I’ve been buying my pet food exclusively from Fetch RI for the past 5 years after researching what was actually in commercial kibble food. I decided to start my dogs on Small Batch and Bones & Co. and found the nearest store that carried it was Fetch RI which is a 35 minute drive.
After my first visit, I felt confident I was buying from a reputable store. They have a great selection of food, treats, toys, leashes, holistic products, etc. Molly and Katie were so pleasant and helpful as to how to transition my dogs from kibble to raw and then I stopped in on a Sunday and met the owner, Johnna.
The amount of knowledge Johnna has for pet nutrition is mind blowing and it was reassuring to hear her talk about the exact things I had been reading. When she is not at her store, she is usually furthering her education working on her degree or at a conference collaborating with her colleagues.
Since I made the switch to raw, my pets have been healthier and happier and they get so excited when I ask them “wanna go the Fetch and see your friends”?
Make sure when you go, bring your fur baby with you, they take pictures of your pet and post them daily on their social media! I don’t know how they do it, but they know every animals name!

Johnna and all of the staff are absolutely amazing! They are knowledgeable, friendly and always go above and beyond to assist with any questions you may have. It’s awesome to know that all of their products are made in the USA and are safe for our furbabies! If you haven’t, do yourself a favor and stop by, you’re definitely missing out!

A really inviting atmosphere with helpful staff that actually cares about what you're looking for. They have a little of everything you are looking for for your pet. Definitely a must visit.

Great options for our pup's birthday treats! We were able to get him a hat, a puppy cake and a few small treats- he loved them all! Staff is also friendly and helpful, we'll definitely be back!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed yet - but we LOVE Fetch RI! You seriously couldn't ask for better quality products, the toy selection is wonderful/diverse, and above all of that the staff and the owner are all fabulous - plus incredibly knowledgeable. The pictures they take of the dogs that come in are fantastic, and the way they interact with dogs is top notch. Even my more nervous dogs have gotten more confident every time they go in, and the girls there are all great at making every experience positive for them. Very lucky to have a gem like this in the area, highly recommend!

Love this place! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Dogs are treated like family! The only thing is that this place is pretty pricey! However, working in the dog industry myself I do understand how expensive things can be.
