Greeted by a courteous and knowledgeable staff member that was able to replace a screen protector on my iPhone in an expeditious manner and at a fair price.
Since the nearby Apple Store was out of the needed replacement for my phone and the associate told me that they had personally utilized this service, I figured it was a safe bet. Glad I took their advice—very satisfied!

Karthik works at another location but he was exactly what I was looking for. Knew his facts, was clear and concise, and the person who helped put the screen protectors on so quick I almost missed. More expensive than the kiosk a few feet away, but I already bought 3 different screen protectors there and they don’t have an exchange or repair policy of any sort so giving ZAGG the extra money is worth it.

Always good service. I cannot put a screen protector on myself, so I really appreciate their expertise. I have used the replacement guarantee (12 dollars replacement if you bought it from them and they put it on for you)

I would had given the tech 5 stars if the Apple Watch Cover came out perfect. He went through 3 covers and said he did the best he could do. Maybe Zagg needs to improve their products. Very disappointed.
