The best auto body shop I've ever worked with. I was taken care of from the moment I called. Accidents are stressful and Kenny made sure I worried about none of it. He was calm, reassuring and everything he promised he more than delivered on...I hope not to need their services again but if I do I know I'll be in good reliable hands! As a college student far away from home and my parents, Kenny ensured that I was well taken care! He made sure my car was safe to drive aside from the cosmetic work it needed. I dearly appreciate Kenny and all his employees as they all helped put my car back together after a very scary car accident. Thank you very much Kenny!!!

Dealing with a car accident is never fun, but the folks at West Fountain Auto Body make it so much easier to navigate. Their team is so knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with insurance and their work is top notch. My 12 year old Honda looks brand new! I recommend them without reservation for anyone needing an auto body shop.

Great service by Kenny and Patricia. Professionalism and quality work is a priority at this business which is hard to come by. My car was smashed in the rear from a hit on a the highway and it was repaired in a timely manner. The work is prestine and my car looks brand new. I am happy that I choose West Fountain Auto Body to do body work on my almost new car. The entire experience was A1! The craftsmanship is superb: my car looks like new again. Customer service was very good. Everyone at the shop and in the office was pleasant and respectful. The work was performed in a timely fashion and the price paid for work seemed very fair. I will definitely use them again if needed.

BEWARE!! This place is unprofessional and the owner Patricia is extremely rude and I wouldn’t refer anyone to her auto body shop. If your looking for bad quality auto body work then this is the place to go! I had to pay another auto body shop to fix their mistakes! I’ve never been so disappointed!! BEWARE!!!
