Everyone Here seems to be doing the job of maybe 3 people. Often there is a huge line. That's just kinda how things are I imagine.I will say that every person I have had an interaction with has been professional, kind, and helpful.I am thankful to pick my medicine up from good humans.

As a mother of 4! It's already hard enough to find my son's medicine but to say that you can't tell me if the medicine is in-stock because of a safety issue I have never heard such bull Every other walgreens I call I have no problem or CVS to check for me. Telling me I have to drive all the way to walgreens on Elmwood for them to tell me they don't have it what kind of mess is that??? And then to contact the doctor Yall need to do better I will never get a prescription filled again here!

This place is not friendly. The cashier couldn't find my points in her system. The manager came and I said I had my receipt with the points balance on it. He said don't bother, there's nothing I can do for you. He was rude and unknowledgeable and unwilling to check with Walgreens. I had to go home and straighten it out with Walgreens on the phone myself. They informed me that all that was the matter is that I have to use the points in $5 increments. You can almost never reach the pharmacy on the phone at night. When I need a refill, Walgreens always says we'll contact your doctor but they never do. I have to contact the doctor myself. The price of food items and other stuff is crazy. The parking lot is always dirty.

To whom it may concern. The Walgreens on Elmwood Avenue (Providence) is one of the worst Walgreens in the state. The associates will not help customers when the line is out the door. When it comes to the prescription dept. There is NO LEADERSHIP @ this location. Everytime my wife checks up on her prescription they tell her it'll be hrs before it's rdy even thought the prescription has been @ the location for a cpl hrs already. After a cold hrs of not hearing from them, they will state that they do not have the meds. They tell you to hold on the phone so that they can check the status but always comes back 10+ minutes later. Someone needs to step in to find out what's going on @ this location. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS LOCATION ASAP!!!!

I have had two recent occasions when I needed a 24 hour pharmacy. Both times this Walgreens was great. The pharmacist was very helpful, filled the prescription quickly, and helped me troubleshoot. Although I have only used the pharmacy, the store is very large and seems to be well-stocked.

Cause my boyfriend had to get eye medicine from having cataract surgery and could not get the medicine here so he has went to cvs in Cranston RI

The pharmacist staff was very rude and unprofessional pharmacist with the black hair got very loud with me for giving me a prescription i never asked nor did my doctor prescribed me i will NEVER come here again i wish i could give negative stars i will be getting my prescriptions somewhere else where they are professional and courteous to their customers

Worse customer service ever. Negative stars not allowed. 4 employees chatting for over 5 minutes including pharmacist only to be told my script for my mother not read for another 14 minutes. When I even called ahead. Walgreens what are you doing. You used to be better than this!

Get people that "actually" like helping people get their medications and not give you a bad attitude. I've been coming here since i was little and trust me that along time but today 1/29/2019 was the worst customer service i have ever had. EVER. i won't hold my tongue next time. if she don't like her job give it to someone that actually needs work .

I would give negative 5 stars if I could. This store is terrible. The last time I came here (which I avoid as much as possible) there was a huge groupf of the SMELLIEST homeless people gathered by the register hanging out. No one said anything to them to leave, even though they were blocking the register. I was also overcharged for an already over priced item by FIVE DOLLARS! I didn't realize until I got home but I refuse to go in and try to haggle with a cashier that doesn't even speak english. Dont go here unless you are a crack head of want a place to hangout if you are also homeless.
