i get snacks at this walgreens all the time whenever i have friends over. This is by far one of the worst experiences i’ve had here. Two of my friends and I went to the walgreens to look around before our bus came. we looked at a few things and put them back down when we realized our bus was 1 minute away. we walked out the store normally and as soon as we got outside we ran to catch the bus. the manager came outside and told us to come back inside to the office. we were extremely confused because we didn’t steal anything. at the office door the manager told us “before anything is there anything you girls want to return? we can do this the easy way or the hard way.” I told her we didn’t steal anything and she said she was checking the cameras and i told her she could check my bag if she wanted to. she declined and went into the office to check something. we told her we only were running to catch our bus which we have now missed because of her. this is not the first time my friends and I have been racially profiled at this walgreens. the manager was extremely rude as well when again we did not steal anything. extremely disrespectful and embarrassing making us seem like criminals in front of people. i did not get the manager’s name but she’s a woman of color with short black hair

One of the most dirty ghetto stores I've ever seen. Trash everywhere, used needles and drug pipes all over the place. Employees are all disgusting rude low iq confused tranz ppl. Avoid this dump. Google shouldn't be allowed to force you to give one star. They deserve nothing.

First off, I've been going to this Walgreens for over 15 years. Never had I complained before. Never. Today is the day. I waited over an hour inside the pharmacy for my prescription. I was told 30 minutes. At the 45 min. mark I asked if my Rx was getting prepped they said "yes". I waited 16 more minutes and nothing. I let them know that I wasnt feeling good and its like noone cares. When did Walgreens get here? Does noone care how the sick customers feel? I thought your mantra was good customer service.

Don’t come here for photos. They either loose your stuff, don’t have your stuff ready or put as ready when it’s not even ready despite the website advertising one hour pickup. Went to this location since the other one I went to ran out of supplies (Atwood & Plainfield, I got call for the inconvenience & when I picked up what they could make, I was greeted by the employee who called me).This is the 2nd time I’m having issues with this location.The employee doesn’t know how to put the album together or what I ordered when my order has the details on it.Don’t bother with the manager, the manager is always not available or not present.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered in my life, rude and disrespectful and have no idea how to speak with people. They hang up on you! Don’t transfer your medications to your new pharmacy when the new pharmacy requested all medications. I need my blood pressure medicine and my other medicine I can have seizures without it! They only get the one because you’re forced to put a star. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this location!

Worst Miserable and abusive group of Pharmacist in Rhode Island.I gave them one star ,so I could comment. They get a big fat zero. If you love , your life go somewhere else. How dare they play with a person blood pressure pills. Very irresponsible. Beware of this pharmacy please!!!!

Been a long time customer.For over 20 yrs.I liked some of products, prices and people.I get all my proscription. There. But, they have gone down.In being respectful to their customers.Not all but some. Today march 18, 2021.I was stop at the exit. By there store security.Asking me.What I had in my pockets.I had my debit card and receipt.I am hispanic. And this happens all too often. Did not expect to be singled out. Like that at the store. I've been going to for over 20 years. I guess. I guess it's time. To give CVS, Walmart etc.. A try. Thank for the good times. And stay safe.

I had to give one star in order to comment but this store deserves a big fat zero. The pharmacy has the most rude and disrespectful employees. I will be sending an email to the Corporate. I will send a screen shoot with all these negative reviews as well. I have never encountered a more miserable group of people. Awful. Simply awful, rude and unprofessional people!

Horrible customer service , cashier that attended me today at 7:27 am has no business dealing with ppl she looks miserable and it’s not the first time I come into the store and I am cashed out by her and she has an attitude for no reason. I asked for a pack of cigarettes of a certain brand andShe automatically said there where none without even looking back even when I could clearly see them and had the audacity of having an attitude when I mentioned they where right there. Management needs to have her in a position where she dose not have to deal with clients that are spending their money .

Today I went to go pick up some medication and then decided to get some house hold cleaning products as it is hard to come by at this time. I talked to the Manager at the Providence Plainfield street and he was very kind and patient. Very much appreciated.

The manager refused to give western union after western union authorized funds. He lied and said it cant be done without id, (western union confirmed). He left a woman without money sent her walking around town in the snow. unacceptable
