This was by far THE worst experience buying a car! The car gave me problems since day 1. They call themselves fixing my seat and all they did was break it. I put more money into the car than it was worth. I eventually gave it back to the bank. The same part broke 3 times and the 4th time I gave up. They have closed down with no warning or anything. Horrible! They Don't even deserve 1 star

Unfortunately, we sold them an expensive part, and they stiffed us on payment. They gave us a NSF check, and they are now avoiding us. Beware when doing business with them, if they cannot afford to pay their bills, they will not be able to honor your warranty. Jay, if you wish to pay your bill, I will remove this review.

Absolutely horrible. My best friend was sold a "Lemon". The car was causing problems immediately after it was bought. My friend bought this Car in June. So far, he has gotten a flat tire, a change in air condition, an exhaust leak, and now a recall on the brakes. It is now August 4th, and his car has been in the shop altogether for a total of 3 weeks. He is a young teenager, who they are taking advantage of his time. They call him and tell him to bring in his car, yet they dont work on it at all. Then call him the next day to repeat the cycle. IM DISGUSTED

My best friend bought a Nissan Murano from them. It seemed to be going well till she called them and asked for them to pick up her SUV because it died on the highway...well needless to say they picked it up 3 days later... 5 months giving excuses one after another why car is not ready. They would tell her that she could come in the next day and 5 times in the past two months I went in with her come back tomorrow bad black black... Called cops, we found her SUV all the way out in Timbucktoo all damaged! Mined you they said it would be ready the next day. George over at Ace in Lincoln, RI said my friend couldn't take it till dealer paid for the work. They had the SUV for two months, but it was all messed up? Like seriously it was trasmission work?
Well needless to say we discovered they trashed the SUV wherever they took it to, cashed in on $8,380.00 back in November 2015....OMG! She is suing Village Motors for fraudulent on Progressive Insurance claim made falsely out like she was in an accident no police reporting! Needless to say she has acquired an attorney to file a complaint with the Dealer Commissioner and will be filing a Civil suit against them. They are a bunch of shady people! They messed with the wrong person as my friends daughter is a Criminal defense attorney! They did this to a few other women, so they have been placed on a black list. BEWARE...

I had a very positive experience. I see there are a lot of negative reviews from a long time ago but I feel like I went to a totally different dealership than they did. Staff was helpful and courteous! I went out on a limb after reading some of the reviews but a friend of mine recommended it to me and I have to say that I think it paid off. After shopping around at several different places I found the best deal here.

I have a friend that I referred to Village after I purchased a car there. Since my trade-in was fully paid for and I purchased the new car with no financing I had little to no contact with Village after I purchased my car. On the other hand,my friend traded in a car that was not fully paid for and financed the new car. I co-signed for my friend because her credit was not sufficient at the time. She made every payment on or before it was due. She did such a good job that when she decided to trade-in again she needed no co-signer. It has been 3 months since she traded in. Village has not paid off the bank for the car that was traded so her credit and mine has been hurt. In conversation they claim that they are taking care of it but it is clear that they are not being truthful. Additionally, my friend still has not received her registration after 3 months. And, she has experienced problems with the purchased car that Village has not resolved. Upon further research I found that several other consumers have open complaints against Village.

I would look into the value of any vehicle in this lot they want basically the full book value on their cars. I went in there asked for a couple of cars they where to high priced and I always have my nada book value with me and they will ask for every last penny that the cars worth. Also asked for a key for a car and it did not turn on. Just look into the book value on the any before buying

I had a great experience buying from Village Motors. Peter Szczerepa was awesome! He is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered as well as many I didn't know I had. The process went very smoothly from price negotiation to registration and key hand-off.

I purchased my vehicle from Village Motors in North Providence, RI and have since been back for service on many occasions During the car buying portion the staff was professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. They found the right vehicle for me and 3 years later I am still thrilled about the purchase. For service and support they have been top notch. Always working to get me in and out as quickly and painlessly as possible. The maintenance staff is always helpful and is looking out for your best interests, not just trying to make a buck on your repair. I'm now a loyal customer of Village Motors and happy to be so.
