I had to bring a Verizon TV cable for a refund. The representative took care of the procedure with ease. He was very happy to take care of it, had a smile on his face. Checked my Gmail to send me the receipt.

My phone was having an issue with the SIM card and I rushed to the store after work to see if I could get it fixed. I was worried it would take a while or be a hassle. However, the associate was very friendly and helpful and everything was taken care of in less than 10 minutes! Great experience!
