I have a question I'm not even sure if you can answer it I had ordered some items to which they said it was delivered but I never got it or signed for it the driver told them he left it at the post office what can I do to see if it's thee I don't have a tracking number I just have a message saying if I didn't get my packages to check with the post office.

Terrible, they always have one person working when this location is always busy. Shouldn’t be waiting over 40 minutes almost an hour just to pick up a package. Yous need more workers on at all times at least two people up front. It’s ridiculous.

I live nearby the Hartford Ave. branch of USPS, and I've always had very good experiences with both the office staff and the mail delivery staff. For example, just today I had a package delivery attempt, but he or she didn't leave the package because it was too large to fit in my mailbox, and there was no safe and secure place available to leave the package. This is exactly how it is supposed to be done. So now, I will be able to rest easy tonight knowing that tomorrow morning at 8:30am, I will pick up my package very quickly and easily at the post office from friendly staff.
I honestly don't understand how people can possibly leave a negative review to complain about the USPS; if something does happen to go wrong, they'll do everything possible to fix it. People who take the time to leave a negative review to complain about the USPS must be people who are ignorant and just don't understand how things work. I suspect people who leave negative reviews about the USPS are the same people who's entire lives are just one long string of negative experiences they always seem to have wherever they go and whomever they do business with. People who just like to complain all day and never even bother to try to understand and learn how things work first, and what is being explained and/ or told to them.
These are people who receive the same negative energy from the universe that they give to the universe, and I simply cannot stand them.
To all USPS staff, I've always had excellent experiences with you for over 35 years. Thank You!

My only problem is tracking a package. How is it possible that every time I try to track a delivery using a valid USPS number, I am never able to get information, it is every time. I think they are not updating the "tracking " system!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Clerk would not read my slip. She wouldn't listen to the info I gave. Then She got angry when She gave me the wrong item. I handed it back & politely asked her to read the slip and then read it to her.. She wouldn't listen or look at slip. She went in back for ten minutes and then returned to tell me that I would have to come back with a tracking number. I said Ma'am the info is right here. She said no I can't help you. Finally after 45 minutes of trying, I politely asked to speak to the manager. The manager read my slip, listened to my info and promptly got me the item I came for. The angry clerk then snarled, "well he never told me that!" In fact I tried for almost an hour to communicate with her. In fairness She was the only one at the counter, but She was more interested in being right. about not being able to help, than listening and sctually helping. Very unpleasant experience. I don't know how I kept my composure.

This has been my post office for a few years now and have seen some new faces and old ones. Must say was surprise that finally they got some employees that speak Spanish but how sad and pathetic is to see and hear one of the supervisors attending Hispanic people not just been rude to them but had the audacity to say to his partner who was attempting me and quote This people need to learn English when they come here. I’m an Hispanic woman who speaks and understand English+ Spanish. This comment is so full of hatred and ignorance, this is not acceptable and I’m going to take action over this.
