I think the Postal Service industry as a whole is in a shambles... People don't respect the Pen now that everything's a click away and it's truly a shame...You couldn't pay me to put mail into the 5 mailboxes in RI.
That being said, I've lived at the same address for 8 years and the N Prov/Johnston customer service In Person, is a customer service nightmare. Don't bother asking or waiting for the Postmaster to call...He didn't but I did have to drive to Johnston to pick up my mail ~ Maybe she just enjoyed seeing my face??
I have recently begun coming to the North Station on Smith St. There's a customer service agent here who is not only great at but seems to actually like her job... Amazing!! And I fell in love with the "Tree of the Month", It's Christmas collides with the 4th of July ❤️

Will not connect to an actual person, so it gets a one star in my book. If you want better stars, connect with the person. People like talking to people not recordings.

I love this post office. The workers are always patient and super helpful. They've gone out of their way to help me when things seem lost.

Door it says open Saturday 8am-2pm but it is 8:35am and still closed and customer service number is useless.

Absolutely pathetic service. Left work early to make it in time, walked in at 4:25pm to ship a package, was told they were closing early at 4:30 and refused to help me. Meanwhile, another customer behind me with only a letter was sold a stamp so the letter could be mailed. How does that work? Literally please go anywhere else, the staff is the most rude and condescending group of people I've ever met.

I'm a new home owner in the area and wanted to get a PO box until we move in the end of summer, but in the early spring we stopped by to say hello and get used to the neighborhood and everyone was so happy and pleasant, since then a few of our friends have bought fixer uppers and it's a mighty fine neighborhood ??

I recently moved to a new area and was looking to rent out a PO box. I came to this office to set up the forms. While there I dropped off my package at the counter. The woman who was working -- I'm guessing she's new -- was very helpful and nice.When I walked in I rang the bell, she was in the backroom eating and her name tag looked new.I did go to this postal office early in the morning, about nine. Not nany people and not much happening outside. The outside did smell nice though, probably from the restaurant nearby.
