I have had my box at this UPS location for over 6 years and I have found John, Frank, Brian and the team to be the most helpful, effective and customer service oriented shipping place I've ever been to! They are a joy to business with.

John is incredibly helpful. He consistently greets me with a smile and goes above and beyond to ensure my packages are shipped out on time. Having visited other UPS locations, I can confidently say that this is the best one in the city.

This UPS Store is my 1 stop shop. From printing paper, having it notarized, shipping and shredding. I recently opened my business and they helped every step of the way with business signage and recommendations. Every employee I’ve encountered with was nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

This store has one of the rudest workers honestly. There was only one person in front of me, worker told me “if you’re returning you can use the kiosk…” in a snipped tone. I wasn’t able to use the kiosk, that’s why I was in the line. Attempted again to use the kiosk which didn’t work so I went back in line. He told me I had to buy a box since the box I had wasn’t closed, which I’ve never had to do for any Amazon return considering they literally say ups will pack and ship your return for you. I then asked if we could just tape it and the employee goes “no. YOU can BUY tape and tape it.” I take a second to think and he rudely goes “sooo? What are you going to do?” like what ? can I think? I left and went to the UPS in Attleboro where they nicely shipped my return for me with no rush and no attitude. If you’re just miserable and in a rush maybe don’t get a job in customer service? Poor reflection of UPS.

This is hands down the finest, most professional, most efficient, and friendly UPS store I have ever been to. Even though it is not the closest UPS store near my office or home I come here bc no matter the time of day or the inevitable rush of customers that bring with it long lines you never wait long. They always have more than enough people at the counter moving things along, helping customers understand the often confusing messaging Amazon returns can generate, or a better and less expensive way to box and ship they are patient, willing to explain, assist, and show you what you can do better. I have had many experiences where Brian or Steve in particular have taken care of issues i never saw coming, with kind and generous effort despite how busy or exhausted i can see they are. As a management consultant is it obvious they work hard, care about their customers, and take pride in doing the best job possible. The culture of this particular UPS store is singular. 5 stars in every category.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I have never felt it in my heart to leave a bad review on anything. I've been to this UPS Store twice. In which both times the employee at the front is just rude as hell. I wish I could of got a name. First time I went I felt like an idiot just for dropping off Amazon return I needed to send back, they look at you like you are stupid and expect you to just know what to do. Second time was just the same, not even a hello. I was on line and the guy at the front see's me with 3 packages. " do you want a receipt? " was the only question he asked. He doesn't even know what I need to do with the packages, all he's concerned about is grabbing my boxes ans shooing me out of the store basically. I was dropping off an Amazon return and he rudely took my box. I also dropped off 2 prepaid packages in which I STILL don't see any tracking details on, it's still stuck on "label created". I have sent out other packages (I went to another UPS store of course) and it's already out for delivery. I own a small shop on Etsy and this is just very disappointing and degrading, I have customers who are waiting for their packages. And I understand that once I hand it in to the UPS, it is picked up and it is no longer in their hands, but seriously not even a simple SCAN? Why??? I called and ended up speaking to the same man AGAIN, asking about the status of my packages and he was just as rude as the other two times. He kept repeating the same question as if I'm an idiot. I am new to this and it just really sucks to be treated this way, especially from a branded store like the UPS. I get the upmost treatment at literally any other UPS store, it's called common decency. Some people should just not be working in the customer service world. I figured I caught him on a bad day the first time, but nope second times the charm. I will never return here ever again. I would rather deliver a package on my own then deal with these people. LOL. Ups store, please hire people with common respect.
