Went in last night to return a product to Amazon and the woman working was incredibly rude, dismissive and impatient not only to me but the other customer there too. When asking how much a box was to ship it my return she told me 24 dollars. It didn't sound right since I've shipped things this size back to Amazon before. Decided to not work with this location and went to another ups center (on route 1 in Attleboro) where a much nicer and professional employee sold me a box for only 10 dollars. Avoid this location.

Great customer service. I'm not sure what the young ladies name was working around 2pm on Feb 9th 2024 but she was extremely kind, polite and helpful. Thank you very much for everything.

Tried to ship empty Drinkmate cartridges, which are exempt and postage paid for UPS specifically, and I was told to go somewhere else. I’ve shipped dozens of these via UPS and every other location has accepted them.

The two customer service reps here at the Angell St UPS Store went aboveand beyond to help me with my amazon return. There was a mix up with the return labels and they offered to repackage my return with a smile and a kind word! Thank you for your excellent customer service. It is very much appreciated.

The manager Randy, I have no words for. She truly has a hatred for this world, and her customers. I don’t understand how UPS could employ such a hateful, lazy, unhelpful employee let alone make this management. I've been here a few times. Parking is non existent in front of the store. The easy drop off service is not that easy or convenient. I feel the staff should just do some of the returns especially if there's a queue waiting to do returns. Will go to a different UPS store next time.

I shipped two package with this particular branch today. I packed them with bubbles and I am sure that unless they damage packages intentionally it should safely arrive to the destination. Because this is not first time i ship packages from there. Unfortunately lady was very disrespectful and she was refusing to accept package. She insisted me to use box, I told her that I don't care if it even breaks inside I need insurance for lost not for damage. Very disappointed with service and customer service.

Place should be called Nickle and Dime as that's what this place tries to do. They require people to use their outrageous priced boxes when you do a return, even if you have the original shipping box. No wonder the majority of reviews for this dump are ones.
