I'm unsure why some reviews are on the lower side. I stepped out with a nice shirt at a price I am pleased with.Troy was helpful, personable, and carried my size when no one else did (18 1/2 inch neck, 36 inch sleeve).

I was in town for a wedding and day-of realized i had forgotten my dress shirt. Walked in, was measured, and walked out with the perfect shirt. Great selection and he fetched a shirt from another location within 10 minutes. Slightly pricey but very high quality.

Troy Griffin’s Collection has the most stylish Men’s dress suits, sport coats, outerwear, shoes, etc… that I have seen anywhere in Rhode Island. The fit of Troy’s tailored suits are extremely relaxing and super comfortable. Plus Troy Collection will keep you looking good and on top of your game for any occasion. Trying to look your best! Then Troy’s Griffins Collection will “suit” you perfectly.

I came in needing a tie and I had a trash bad on suite and they gave me a garmet bag helped take off any tags and they were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Highest recommendation possible. Troy and Hillary are extremely polite and helpful. Troy’s work is impeccable and of the highest quality in fashion, style, materials, and final product. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where do I start? Owner's name is George and that is the person I have dealt with all along.Communication/Customer Service: Horrible, probably the WORST I have ever experienced. Trying to get ahold of this business is like trying to pull the sword out of the stone; literally near impossible. Their voicemail is perpetually full so you can't even leave a voicemail message for a return call. When you do get someone to answer, they don't identify the business name, and the demeanor is as though you are inconveniencing them. Extremely unprofessional.We recently used this business for (7) suit rentals for a wedding. They were the retailer for Jim's Formal Wear (who is a fantastic company, btw, nothing bad to say about them whatsoever as they have been assisting us in dealing with this business). Trying to coordinate our party to come in to get measured was a chore to put it nicely. Once they started going in, they were told shoes were not included (which they were), so I had to again try to get in touch to rectify that detail. They also lost some of our party measurements so that also had to be re-done. Jim's Formal Wear runs a promotion that when (5) suits are rented, the Groom's suit is free. We were told by the business that we'd have to contact Jim's Formal Wear for that refund. Come to find out, the business was already provided the money for our Groom's suit and was supposed to pass that on to us and not charge us at all. They took advantage of the promotion, kept the funds from Jim's Formal Wear, and never passed that on to us as the consumer, but instead KEPT IT FOR THEMSELVES. I truly don't know how this person is still in business.
