Indeed, this person was on the spot. I'm a 30 year old female who's owned about 4 cars in the past 7 years (...Yea I know). Every time I had an issue, I experienced mechanics who's number one goal in life was to burn you. Needless to say, I no longer have to feel that way anymore. Markos shown me exceptional service by not only fixing my car but working with my troubled insurance company. Forever I'll remember and feel grateful that people like him still do exist. “Very professional and courteous was there for oil change and they rotated tires checked the brakes and topped off windshield washer fluid this shop is very busy but fast they also tow for the state police and providence police as well plus maintain state vehicles and many fleet vehicles awesome job and the bill didn't kill me the owner Larry is constantly on the phone ordering parts and helping customers plus working side by side with his employee's with any problems or questions about a diagnosis he has a great crew there”

“A big shout out to Christopher my tow truck driver who miraculously appeared in front of my broken down car (a freebie I’m grateful for from RI DOT) he stopped at a convenience store and ran through the pouring rain to purchase garbage bags and jumped up onto the flatbed and covered my half open windows! He stayed with me until the AAA team came. I am very impressed with his attitude and level of compassion. 5 ? stars all day long!”
