Manager is only into themselves. If your not buying a product, beware of being treated unfair or nonexistent. Use to be a repeat customer, I will not be making any further purchases at this establishment

All the workers are always just talking to themselves and not paying attention to people looking at the jewelry. I've been there multiple times and got ignored, so I take my money elsewhere!

I went to get my ears pierced and the lady asked if I wanted to donate to a charity and I said no. She then harassed me to donate money and made me feel bad, even though I had no money in my bank account. Then the two ladies began arguing with each other in Spanish which I speak about who was going to pierce my ears because they were both too lazy. Then the lady drew the dot on my ear and asked if it was fine. I then asked a question because it looked too close to my cartilage but she CONTINUED to pierce it anyways. My ear has been in pain ever since. I will never come back here.

Do not go to this place. Went on a whim and got three piercings done. My ears blew up, itchy, red. AndI went to another Pagoda stand closer to me to have my ears looked at and they said this location doesn't even have a license to pierce upper ears. I went to the emergency room after giving it some time hoping it would go away on its own and found out I had a bacteria infection and an allergic reaction. I called today explaining my situation and all they said is that they pretty much can't do anything because I didn't purchase a warranty. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Now I am stuck with a medical bill. Thank you for your help.

We had such a lovely meal. I highly recommend the the mushroom and arugula pizza. Everything we ate was delicious. The service was fantastic! Our server, Jeff, was a pleasure. He was so attentive and friendly. We were a table of 4, with one child. I was very impressed with the food and service.

Didn't even get food! This place is severely understaffed and super slow. I feel bad for the wait staff especially because they have to work so hard. Once we got a table it was all waiting. After 15 minutes of not seeing another server, we left. Would not recommend!

We just had our 2 year old daughter ears pierced and the service we have received was substantial. Phoenix was very knowledgeable and took care of our child with a great trust. Sophia tolerated the procedure well and the piercing came out as planned.

Waited at entrance for over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence and seat us. There were maybe 4 tables with customers. The food was over priced and nothing special. I ordered the Cobb Salad. It was small and not worth 15 dollars.

We had a nice pre-theater dinner that exceeded our expectations. First, the service was excellent - our waiter was very nice and outgoing, and helpful in speeding our order along to allow us to make an event we were attending. We enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine and shared a pizza with pesto, prosciutto arugula and Parmesan. The pizza was good but not Al Forno level - the crust was good but a tad bland, and the combo of pesto arugula and prosciutto, while not original, was a nice medley. We had a glass of Pinot and Italian wines that we both liked. The restaurant is part of a hotel but it felt like its own space with great views of the statehouse and nice decor. The rest of the menu looked interesting, for example they have a lamb burger and an Impossible burger that I might order. The beer list was decent with a variety of craft options, although I wouldn't go here specifically for their beer. Overall we had a great visit, and if we found ourselves back for whatever reason I would not feel bad about it.

We were staying at the Renaissance and decided to get breakfast at Public because it was part of the hotel, could be charged to the room, and thus give my partner more points because bonvoy points are life. The restaurant didn't have many folks in it and that should have been a hint. Everything was eh. My egg white omelette was underdone and incredibly greasy. That confused me so much. There was Brie in the omelette as well and it was slimy and congealed. My partners breakfast was also leaving something to be desired. I couldn't figure out how they were so average. Even the coffee was watered down and not the best. Overall I think they're an ok choice if you're looking for something quick in the hotel but I think, as the guy at the desk told us, there's much better choices in Providence if you're visiting and looking for great food choices.

Were "greeted" by a snarky maí®tre d, who refused to stamp my valet ticket until AFTER dinner. After seating us it took 15 minutes to get a glass of water and the waiters attention. We ordered a fancy Italian wine....which it took 20 min to discover they didn't have. We next ordered a different bottle which the waiter returned 10 minutes later to confirm...with the wrong bottle. This circus went on for 45 minutes. Three of us sat there neglected and starving in an uncrowded restaurant while our waiter ignored us. One would think a group that began their order with high end wine would have gotten the waiters attention-but quiet the opposite. We finally just walked out but by 9:30 pm nothing else was really open so we had pizza and rage for dinner....

This could be the Place in Providence for breakfast, brunch and weekenders if they tried. The location is #1 with sweeping views of the Statehouse and City. Food is quite good as well. Management is so lazy and staff not trained that the experience is outright painful. Tables are not cleared, guests are seated at a slug's pace, food and beverage refills are glacially slow. The hotel and restaurant is NOT busy and that is not an excuse. Too bad, really kind of liked this place.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast one morning with a group of friends. We all placed our order with the server with ease. I ordered the Pastry basket and my friend ordered the pancakes and we were going to split this order along with a side of bacon. As everyone else got theirs, we never received ours. Our server then asked us what we got again, and we promptly repeated ourselves. I said I got the Pastry, she got the pancakes, and a side of bacon. They first bring us the pastries. We got 2 small and cold croissants and 2 muffins, one burnt for 14 DOLLARS. Then, our server finally comes out with 2 plates of pancakes and 2 plates of bacon (Side note: pancakes came out cold and all of our friends were finished before us, that's how long it took our order to come). We realized that there was some mistake, informing her that we intended to split the pancakes, pastries AND THE SIDE OF BACON. She was so rude and didn't acknowledge the fact that she messed up our order, brushing us off and telling us that this is what we ordered. She was clearly annoyed as she walked away from us when we were trying to explain what went wrong. She then comes back out again to talk to our parents about how we ordered wrong and it wasn't her fault. We ended up spending 60.00 instead of only paying 37.00. Me and my friend know what we said to her, and her not taking ownership of her mistakes and flat out disregarding anything we had to say was highly unprofessional and ruined my morning. Would not recommend.

After having the opportunity to try two different meals at this hotel restaurant (breakfast and lunch), I can say this place, while nothing phenomenal, is passable as far as hotel restaurants go. They're also unsurprisingly expensive (it's attached to a Marriott, what did you expect?). The breakfast was decent enough. The eggs were fine, though I kinda wish I had gotten them scrambled just to see how that would have turned out. The bacon was crisp the way I like, the hashbrowns were...unexpected. Like those ones you get from the frozen food section of the grocery store, only triangle shaped (okay then?). Unfortunately, the toast was dry. And thick. Speaking of which.. The lunch: my friend got something called "the adult grilled cheese". Though it looked a lot more like bread sandwiches to me. Honestly, I got full just looking at her plate. Of course, it didn't really help that I ordered the double decker; a burger so tall, a guy could get a nose bleed trying to reach the top of the bun. It should have set alarm bells off in my head when they never asked how I wanted my burger cooked. This is usually the sign of, "oh, we cook all our burgers well done like hockey pucks because f*ck you!". As you probably guessed, I never finished that burger. It was superfluous both in size and price, not to mention over cooked and under seasoned. Besides, the highlight of the whole meal was the New England clam chowder. My Gawd!! Between the whole clams (shell and all!) resting cozily inside the well mixed chowder broth, to the freshly cut potatoes, I was one exhilarated Yankee! My friend was equally impressed. So overall, the clam chowder was a 9 out of 10 for me, the breakfast a 7 out of 10, that bread sandwich....eh...I dunno (I wasn't about to shove that many carbs into my pie hole and risk dying of insulin shock), and the burger was like a 3 out of 10. I'm gonna give Public Kitchen & Bar 3 nostalgic Yankees appreciating a savory bowl of fresh clam chowder out of 5. It's fine as a place to eat or get room service from, should you be stranded in your hotel room for whatever reason. Until, that is, you realize The Cheesecake Factory is literally walking distance from the side entrance.

I brought my 16 year old daughter to get her 4th piercing. The staff was professional and helpful. Everything was clean and sterile. She has had her piercings done at a different chain in the past and we had ok experiences, but her experience here was by far the best. Prices are also very competitive and they offer a large selection. Definitely stop by their kiosk if you are interested in piercings!
