“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”

“Amazing service and care for customer. I live in the neighborhood and never really had issues with my tires before until one morning I got a flat on the way to the airport. Upon returning from my trip I decided to take my car by to get the tire fix. “I have a large truck with dual wheels in the back. I showed up and was greeted by one of the mechanics who directed me to the " office " after I explained my needs the gentleman came out and inspected the tire confirming that it should be replaced immediately. Do note that I also asked about the 5 other tires. I asked if they were in need of replacement. I was reassured they did not need to be replaced. ( Honest assessment)I would of replaced them all if I had to. But only replaced one which is saying a lot. Since they only sell tiresThey did not try to take advantage of me. which shows integrity in my book.I was in and out in under an hour.Thank you up Pete's Tire. I'll def. Be back for any tire needs in any of our vehicles business and personal.”

Further, unless you're Elon Musk, you find the dealership service facilities to be on the pricey side. “06.28.24 A companies box truck water pump leaked, I called Diego Auto Repair, and they said, "Bring it in. We will fix it with no problem. I brought the water pump and antifreeze they fixed with no problem. I highly recommend this shop, staff members are very polite and will answer all the questions.”

“They let me look and inspect the tires before install. I always do that before hand. Great guys. Friendly and definitely about their business. Great prices. First thing I did was hot the turbo and spin the tires on my F150. I then tested a couple pot holes and hit the freeway. I will definitely be back for another set. Thanks guys. They also let me kill the time by letting drive my Rc Monster truck in the parking lot. Salute”

“I went to get my tires balanced (I purchased tires online from different vendor and had them installed and initial balance at a different tire shop near my home) since I was getting a slight vibration around 70 to 75mph.
I called ahead of time and he told me come on down.
When I arrived I told the manager my concern and they went to work not too long after.
They took off the wheels one by one and rebalanced it via the "Road Force" machine and out of the four, they found one that was defective (possible broken belt).
Through the whole process they were showing me the balancing and the outcome of each.
Which was vry helpful and I really liked that since I'm a bit particular when it comes to my vehicle.
A lot of (car repair) places, their workers are pretentious and condescending. thiese guys were very professional and didn't treat you like and idiot.
My car is running much smoother now. but not 100% as it shoul because of 'defective' tire.
I ordered a replacement and as soon as it arrives I will go back to these fine gentlemen and have them swap it out and "road force balance" and return the defective for a refund.
First time customer, and with this great first impression, hopefully a long time cusomer.

“Only charged me 100 for a tire that was basically brand new. Only thing that sucks is the location it's on a very busy street so it's hard to get a car in there. And they only expect cash”

“Came in today, 1130am. Pulled up and was kindly greeted by Joe/Jose. I had to plug my tire which was 6mos old. I ran over galvanized steel. He took great and prompt care of me.
