On my search for funky colorful t-shirts for working out...I stopped at Tillys. The selection is really good, they focus a lot of young mens' styles with lots of colorful patterns and styles. Tillys primarily sells clothing, shoes, and accessories for various active lifestyles including lounging, surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding along with sports such as motorcross. Among the brands sold are Adidas, Billabong, DC Shoes, Element, Fox, Famous Stars and Straps, Elwood, Hurley, Nike SB, O'Neill, Quiksilver, RVCA, Vans, and Volcom, as well as an extensive selection of Levi's. They also sell store brands such as Blue Crown, RSQ, Micros, and West of Melrose. Tillys (originally known as World of Jeans and Tops and Tilly's) is an American retail clothing company that sells an assortment of branded apparel, accessories, shoes, and more. It is headquartered and operated from Irvine, California. Some of the history on the brand....Hezy Shaked, a former Israel Navy officer, and his wife, Tilly Levine, opened "World of Jeans and Tops" in Los Alamitos, California in 1982. Shaked later renamed the store "Tilly's" after his wife. The couple divorced in 1989, but Levine continued to work for the company as director of vendor relations.The company went public in 2012.

Awful sales experience - quality is down & nothing fits well - what is with the cut of the cords - same with jcrew - too short & too wide yuck. Sales crew at Madewell stand outside dressing room & ask how everything fit - not quite good. You cannot compete w/TJ Max & Marshall's by lowering quality & keeping prices the same. 40% off a 110$ item is still overpriced for the cut & quality.

Wonderful staff and lots of great, reasonably priced merchandise!!! The girls there helping me seemed truly invested in making sure I left happy and I will be back.

Worst shopping experience I had ever had. The employees were beyond rude. Never got a "hi how are you" or anything. Had no interesting in helping me. There wasn't even anyone else in the store! And they still couldn't help me! The cashier I had was so rude I couldn't believe it. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never be going back there ever again. They definitely need some new employees.

I felt like I had to write a five star review after the ladies here helped me find a replacement pair of jeans. Everyone is always friendly, and the organization makes everything easy to find. THANK YOU for making a trip to the mall less painful.
