We had no real estate experience, so we googled "Best Rhode Island realtor" when we decided to sell our house. The Rhode Guide was the first in a long list of results. Google did not lie, Josh is the best! We contacted him about 6 months prior to when we wanted to put our house on the market. He guided us through the process, provided his professional opinion on what we could do to make our house more "sellable" and was always there to answer any questions along the way. His professional quality photographs made our property stand out from the rest. We listed our house on a Tuesday and had a full price offer by Friday. Josh's expertise made selling our house seem easy. We cannot recommend him enough!

Joshua is an amazing agent to work with! He helped make buying our house a seamless, straightforward process. He took the time to get to know us, which I think informed the properties to which he took us. He taught us what to look for, and walked us through all the paperwork. Joshua Deaner is a unique breed of Real Estate agent. He was the opposite of pushy, and worked with us over more than 6 moths as we looked at many properties. Once we decided to make an offer, he was accommodating to our busy schedules, and we ended up having a number of late night meetings at his office. I look forward to working with Joshua when it's time to sell our house and look for our next home.
