This was the 3rd North Face location I visited looking for a specific item. Aaron was extremely helpful and attentive. Even on a busy day such as Black Friday. We need more people like Aaron in the customer service industry!

Andrew M provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I would like him to be recognized. EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all coats in store and even more importantly, willing to take the time and patience required to explain everything about the the technology behind each coat in laymen’s terms for us to understand. He understood the differences between what a parent wants for their child in a coat vs what the child would want. Due to his customer service skills, I bought two coats instead of one at the perfect price. Thank you Andrew

Love the workout selection! The staff were very helpful and the store had a lot of outdoor gears and winter items.The store is well organized and easy to navigate. There are sale items that give a generous discount on the clothing items!

Much of the stuff in the store you can find online for cheaper. Also, the store itself is fairly small and doesn't have many products.

Best experience ever ! The employee Indy helped me to the max she went out of her way to check in the back if there was a jacket that I wanted and luckily their was !! She made my night thank you so much for going above and beyond happy customer !!

i love Northface clothing and shoes and have many items. Recently I purchased shoes from the Northface website. Amazing, they arrived the next day. Two days earlier than promised. Unfortunately, they were not what I wanted. I looked at the return options. One was to bring to the store. I decided on this option as I could look arround the store and possible find something else to buy. Before I returned them, I called the store and to verrify they could be returned. I was told yes I could. When I walked into the store there were two associates in the mens department, doing nothing. I headed over the the check out stand, where one person was making a purchase and another customer was inline ahead of me. The purchase was quickly completed however the associate Briana continnued to chat and laugh with the customer for over four minutes, while the customer ahead of me waited. When i finaly got to the check-out stand Briana didn't seem happy to have to take a return. She opened the box with the two day old never worn sneakers and walked away across the store and into the back room. All she said was she would be right back. When she returned she said they do not return theses items since this store does nor sell them. She said they would have to send them back. She too my paperwork and went back to the backroom. Five minutes later she returned and handed me a slip of paper with a tracking number. It would have been easier for me to return them to the post office. I have no confidence as to when the credit will appear on my credit card. I also have no confidence that the return was even made. I will not be returning to this store.
