Extremely poor customer service. Charged me $280 erroneously and then refused to refund it without me calling the Lego customer service, no offer for additional help despite it being their fault. The manager Nico was especially unhelpful and dismissive.

Excellent store, well laid out and accessible to all kids 0-99! The staff were helpful and patient with everyone. We really enjoyed that there was a sensory spot for anyone who was overwhelmed by the store. Great job as always Lego!

The kids and I love going here. I try to get them each something everytime we go here. Its always clean and well kept. The workers are always nice too. We love looking at all the displays.

Well organized despite the rush of being located in a mall! And staff members Claudia and Dominic were extremely helpful and pleasant despite me coming in near closing time. Dom insisted on helping me search the store top to bottom for the perfect bug themed birthday gift instead of working on closing down the store. And then while we were busy Claudia took the time to turn a paper bag completely inside out in order to make packaging discreet. I really appreciate the patience they had in not rushing me out despite probably wanting to go home lol.I was too shy to ask for help at first, and felt a little silly walking in alone and at my age. But their imaginative and proactive approach to my unique situation was everything I needed and more to feel comfortable at the Lego store. It really felt like I was being provided with a fun service, rather than me just running errands! I will definitely be back for all future birthdays, especially now that I’ve been signed up for Lego rewards with their help :)Loved it so much I could literally make ads for Lego stores. Im officially Lego PVD’s #1 fan

Came in Friday afternoon (1/26) with some friends while on vacation. We were the only 3 people in the store at the time. I always do the mini figure packs but don't always build the figures, so I found 15 parts that I didn't have and wanted in my collection. (3 Minifigs with an accessory is 15 parts) The lady at the counter watch me dig thru the buckets for about 15-20 minutes finding what I wanted only to tell me when I got to the counter that she wouldnt sell it to me because they weren't minifigs. I asked why, extremely confused because I've done this is Lego Stores literally all around the WORLD with no issues (I have the Lego Passport stamps to prove it).. needless to say I left very disappointed... Ended up at the Braintree Store to get the pieces I wanted from the Build a Fig. Before I started digging at that store I asked if I was going to be allowed to do this and they laughed and said yes & why. I told them what had happened at the Providence store and they were equally as confused.. so idk if they lady just was in a pissy mood that day but overall my experience at the store was awful and I won't be returning to this particular Lego Store.. the store itself was as clean and organized as every other Lego Store.
