I’ve been on a quest to find my laundry spot since moving into town and I think this is the one. I don’t like messing with those cards a lot of places make you buy and load money into and there is none of that here. They take quarters, it’s clean and has an attendant at all times, there’s a decent sitting area, a bathroom, wifi, and a pretty good sized parking lot. The place isn’t huge so I’m sure peak times can be tough but all in all it’s a good place to do laundry, and better than most.

Business owners beware! I was never informed that there was a minimum charge for laundry that is below a certain weight. Was charged 21.60 for 2 sheets and 2 small towels. When I spoke to the owner he had attitude. (Always an attitude) There was no email, sign or notification otherwise I'd have never brought in this very small bit of laundry. Also was being charged for pickup and delivery for years even though I dropped it off myself. He is charging for delivery 1/2 mile from his business. The prices are very high $2.00 a pound in addition. Lost my business of 3 years. Song and Michelle are nice and hard workers. Freeway laundry right over the bridge on Waterman East Providence is $1.30 a pound.

Beware business owners! I’ve been a customer for 3 years for my business laundry. I was never made aware that if my laundry was below a certain weight, that I would be charged a fee. I dropped off 2 sheets and 2 small towels. I was charged 21.60. When I questioned the owner I told the owner that I was never told about this and he had attitude.(He has attitude all the time) There was no sign informing businesses of this. Or a general email sent. There is nothing stating this on their website. Instead of crediting me, a good customer of 3 years, he argued with me. So now he has lost my weekly business. My business is less than a mile from this laundromat and even though there are other businesses laundry being dropped off we are all being charged for delivery and gas. I am being charged the same as people in my building who have pickup and delivery, and I always dropped my laundry off. So being charged for pickup and delivery when I had no pickup. (Spoke to others in the building) In addition this laundry charges the most around the area per pound too!. Greedy. One good thing I will say about is - that Song, one of the employees that work there, folds the laundry impeccably and she is friendly. And Michelle the manager, is really good too. These girls work very hard.

I am so glad The Laundry Club is in Wayland Square. Only have to walk 2 blocks for friendly and efficient service. They have fixed rips in dresses, leggings, shirts, jeans, snow pants, and even a flag for me. The Laundry Club makes sure the tailors they send it to get all the details, all the time. One pair of leggings had rips in a dozen different places, and all are repaired. For such a reasonable price, too. It takes a couple weeks to come back since repairs are outsourced, so as long as you have time, I highly recommend to come here. I’ve interacted with couple different employees a few times, as well as the manager Rob many times. I’ve never had a negative experience. Thank you!

I am seriously disappointed in this place. I've used it for twenty years, with a break during COVID. Going in again after this break, I started to load a machine after work, at 6:30 pm. I was told I couldn't-that it was too late. I expressed surprise. The nan in charge said they had changed their hours recently. I said I didn't know and removed my clothes. I asked if I could st least use the change machine. He said no. I left then, but heard him say to another customer, "wow, people are coming in so late". I called back that I had just gotten out of work, I worked all day. He said something back which I didn't catch but the time was disparaging. There was ONE person in the whole place at 6:30 pm. This business is not customer focused in its hours, nor friendly to customers. I was very turned off by the attitude of the man there, aside from not being able to do my laundry or use the change machine. He was just a mean guy.

The Coin machine is definitely broken. It always over charges me. The price of the cleaning is not cheap. There's no reason for them to charge me through this way. I told the staff, some of them are kind and return my money back, but last time the staff refused to admit the machine problem and play a very good hand trick to prove the machine is working. I know what money I have in my pocket and I saw that in the machine. They just don't admit that. I don't really care about 10 dollars but I don't want to be foolish by their arrogant behavior. Don't go there unless you have enough change.

I experienced severe racism in this store. The clerk here is very rude. I found a note on the coin changer saying it can't be used, but the clerk insisted I use it. He lied to me.The machine cost me $20, and he only gave me back $10. I asked the clerks here, but they insisted that there was no problem with the machine. I've had enough.I used to believe in the inclusion and diversity of the fox point community, but now I have a lot of questions.

5 stars purely for the staff who are incredible, and how clean the facility is. The only downside is they only have coin-op machines- there is a larger laundromat farther away that uses a swipe card system I that I feel is much easier to use when doing multiple loads. BUT- the coin-op is probably essential on the business end of things, so it's understandable. I keep coming back here because the staff is so friendly. The consistent hours are a blessing, too

The staff was really rude to me. I went inside initially to make sure their coin machine was working. I noticed a sign on the machine that said "ask attendant for quarters" ...the machine was broken. So I walk over to the woman working and ask her to exchange my cash for quarters. She immediately said "No". She stated that she could not exchange money because she didn't see my laundry in my hand. Mind you I had my 1yr old daughter with me. I tried to explain that I was going to bring my laundry once I got the quarters and she flat out refused.
