From my consultation, surgery, and, post op, I knew I was in great care. Jeannie, Dr. O'Shea, Dr. Varr, and the entire staff really love what they do! My surgery went great and I now have 20/20 vision. The surgery is also GUARANTEED FOR LIFE across the entire Nation. I'm so happy that I woke one day, and decided to do research about LASIK. This lead me to proceed with the surgery. Make sure youLISTEN to their instructions! Once my surgery was complete I slept. I was in discomfort (like shampoo in the eyes) but LISTEND, and slept for 12 hours. I woke up with ZERO discomfort and in amazement! I cannot say enough great things about the LASIK procedure and location. It's rated 4.9 ⭐️'s for reason, but should actually be 5 ⭐️'s. If your thinking about LASIK do it and you will be so happy you did. The LASIK Institute will take amazing care of you. Thanks again Everyone!! I'm forever grateful of all of you!

Really great lasik experience! Staffs are very friendly and Dr. Varr is also great! Jeannie was very nice and I recommend to ask for her if you go there! ? very happy that I can see clearly again without needing to wear glasses anymore.

Jeannie, Krystal, and everyone at The LASIK Vision Institute in Providence made my LASIK surgery as comfortable as possible. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel at home. Jeannie talked me through the entire process explaining the steps clearly and answered questions throughout. Surgery went smooth and my vision is now better than it ever has even with contacts. I can see! Everyone was great. Walked in at 10am for initial consultation and left by 2pm with my eyes fixed. Recovery has been smooth, driving and working on computer the next morning.

I was soo nervous for my operation but Jeanne helped calm me down. & In the operation room one of the assistants were very helpful & reassuring that everything's gonna go great. & now here I am with 20/15 vision! Loveeeeee itttt my vision was very terrible -4:75 on each eye I was super nervous Jeannie and Dr.Oshea were amazing and super friendly made me feel super comfortable and ready to tackle lasik !!!! I highly recommend and would not change the decision I made yesterday 11/09/2023 to follow through with lasik ! I even went into work the following day no with problems at all ! All I can say is do it do it do it !! Painless 3 minute procedure bye bye glasses and contacts !

Absolutely amazing! The surgery was quick and painless. The staff is wonderful, friendly and so helpful. Jeannie was absolutely amazing, so organized, helpful, caring and easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone. I should have had this done years ago!

Great experience. The staff was so great and accommodating. I decided to kind of get lasik out of nowhere. I went for a consultation on Thursday and they were able to get me in the following day. The procedure itself was extremely smooth and did not hurt at all. I believer the technician that assisted me was Jeanie, she was so friendly and sweet. I highly recommend.

I came in for a consultation, I had considered price and was really just interested in seeing if I would qualify for the procedure. When I heard about the special for the month of September, knowing that the money would be coming from my pocket and not my parents, I knew that now was the best time to get it done. I went in for a consultation Thursday, and had the surgery the next day. I didn't have a lot of time to consider all the possibilities of what could go wrong, but the prospect of saving on eye doctor visits and not having to get hundreds of dollars of lenses or frames (as well as other reasons), it seemed like a great decision. I love everyone at Lasik Vision Institute, they made me feel comfortable and safe. Of course, the procedure was a little scary, cuz I mean come on, who really loves the idea of lasers in their eyes. I asked to hold the hand of one of the assistants, and made it through just fine. My vision 4 days after is insane and almost perfect compared to the -5.00 and -4.50 I was seeing before. My biggest advice is FOLLOW THE POST OP INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER. The artificial tears will be your best friend, I used them every half hour for the first couple days. I take extra precautions and wear the shower protector at work to keep oil or food from getting in my eye. I can't say thank you enough to all the staff at Lasik!! Best decision (besides skydiving) I have ever made!

I’ve experienced terrible, gradually worsening eyesight for most of my life. The thick lenses I used to wear were barely supported on their frames! The experienced and friendly team at LVI not only made me feel welcome but confident of the process from consultation to post op. One of the best experiences I’ve had regarding my vision! It has been one year since I got the procedure done and I am extremely satisfied. You definitely want to get your lasik done here. Best staff, especially the doctor with the glasses. She helped me out on her own personal time around midnight after I had an eye injury playing college soccer. Very impressed with that customer service, she deserves a raise!

The entire staff that I’ve interacted with have been amazing. I’ve been wanting this for over a decade so I was mostly too excited but they quelled any nerves I did have. Didn’t find out until the first meeting there might’ve been closer locations but I wouldn’t change my decision. Exam rooms a little chilly but I always need a sweatshirt anyway. You can tell the vibes from everyone are genuine and they’re there to make people happy and to help them. Follow the instructions they give you and you’ll be good. They’re also extremely thorough as for my follow up they answered all the questions I did have and all the ones I forgot I was going to and the ones I didn’t know I should’ve had. I don’t consider any place to be perfect but this place is damn close.

This was the best gift I ever receivedI have my eyesight back again without glasses. The staff & Dr’s are incredible. I am beyond happy & if you don’t go here to get your lasik your crazy. I felt like I was royalty the way my daughter & I were treated. She’s on cloud 9 to. We both have 20/20 and I’m 66 with 20/20. I’m so so happy. Thank you all so much. Oh then I got a tee shirt & then I received a thank you card in the mail with handwritten signatures of the staff❤️

Lasik Vision Institute was great! The staff answered every question I had, they were helpful and honestly made the whole process easy. It was quick to have a free consultation and it was quick to also schedule the procedure. They usually have promotions going on, which always helps the cost! The procedure took 15 minutes total, it didn't hurt at all and the doctor talks to you through the entire process. Within a few days, I could see 20/20 and my vision going in wasn't good at all. I walked in seeing blur, and had already walked out seeing sharper than ever. If you are on the fence about it, this is your sign you have to do it!! It's so worth it, loving my new eyes lol ?
