Been waiting for 35 mins to get something notarized and they still haven’t gotten to me. Place is almost empty. This is ridiculous!!!

worse experience ever. the lady that made my new card made it seem like i was lying about who i am. she didnt want to believe that my passport was real because its the new passports and kept telling me mine dont look like hers but why would that matter. she kept telling me that i needed to close my accounts down just to get a new card like wth as well as she kept asking me if ive ever been to a bank like what why so rude? Marylin was absolutely so unprofessional! She was laughing at me like something was funny. I will be calling tomorrow and making a report against her.

Others an myself have a really big issue with this location an the access to their ATM over night. THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED WITH THE HOMELESS. Then they are with the saftey on their customers and not being able to deposit money safely, when it is convenient. bad enough the amount of ATMs available to account holders is literally little to none within Rhode Island!!

It is a great band because of the TD Ameritrade I know as a young person I want to plan my future in retirement, so I might as well bank with a bank that also handles investments. However, upon opening my checking account, I was offered checks. I agree.I’m charged $12 but the checks never came. I called the branch & the Lady was semi-rude even though I’m always polite lol and she basically told me not my problem go put another order in and pay for it again I laughed and said not the greatest service to kickstart my new account. But I digress.However, because of that they get 4 stars. Besides, does any company really deserve 5 stars?!?! Idts lol also, you have to download a third banking app for alerts one app for the investments, and one app for the alerts. Jeesh talk about getting it in fr fr.

This is the best traditional bank ever!!!! I had a Td bank account at one point and then I closed it( forgetting about my tax return) well I ended up opening another account a few weeks later. Let’s just say my tax return showed up in the new account.Any other bank would have said sorry account closed and sent it back. Not Td! They doubled checked and got it into the right account! I love you guys!!!!

Opened up an account today after months of dissatisfaction with my current banking institution and it was by far the best banking experience I have had. Everyone at the branch was welcoming and friendly and Devin was top notch in assisting me in the process. I know banks are vilified these days, some rightly so, but I am very happy I’ve decided to switch to TD Bank. A bank that has already given the impression that they are there for their clients, not for profit.

I love this location, they care about their customers. It had been almost a year since I went there (covid) and two of the employees remembered my name and greeted me as I walked in.

make sure you're vaccinated if you go here! Many employees with no mask or at best, mask on the chin.

Recently called this location to resolve my debit card issue, the teller asked me to hold and forwarded me to someone behind their 1800 number. I would have done that myself but I called this location specifically as I was directed to by their fraud department. Long story short, my debit card was restricted for three weeks because I could not get ahold of the store manager and none of the tellers were able to help me. I left 3 different messages with tellers, leaving my contact info and even had 2 emails sent on my behalf. Unbelievable. It’s been a total of 7 weeks at this point and not a single message / call from the manager or anyone from this location.I will be switching banks asap.
