I went on Friday 11/8/24 to do an inspection at that place and according to the manager, my windshield wiper did not pass the inspection and he took $100 dollars from me to change it. I clearly told him no since it was not true that it was damaged, they just wanted to rob me like I did. They saw a woman and alone, I went today to another place in Cranston and my bus passed the inspection without any problem, I do not recommend this place at all and even less if you are a woman and going alone

Went there for inspection last week. The owner failed my Camry because my front marker light was out and lied about my backup light bulbs being out. He then said he would change the lights bulbs and pass inspection if I paid him $150. The light bulb cost $1 at Napa auto parts. Light bulb 194 is a very common and inexpensive light bulb. I offer go change it real quick then he said I would have to come back another day. This isn't the first time he over charges me for a state inspection. I hope the state looks into his unethical abuse of state inspection privileges.

The service here was terrible, I left in tears after being treated like dirt and shoved out the garage with hand motions by the so-called manager Joe. I was referred to this station, I was told they do good work, when I arrived I was greeted by two servicemen that felt I interrupted their coffee at 8:15am. It went from bad to worse when the manager arrived and said I needed to get the lights on my dashboard display cleared before he would help me. He said he had to take a picture and send it in without the lights. He said he doesn't work on Volkswagens, they use a different machine that they don't have. He said I have to take it to the dealer for an inspection or Firestone. He then shoved me out of the garage with hand motions. When I got in my car the other guy working there pulled a vehicle out of a stationlane and honked his horn at me, telling told me to move. It was the worst display of customer service.

You better off going somewhere else this mofos just stand around and act busy they always say go ask that guy and then that guy gives you the runner round the dude who runs is mad unprofessional save your money n go down road

I don't really do the review things but this place is a poor excuse for a mechanic WASTE OF DAMN TIME AS WELL and 80% of time they never busy but still give you a wild goose chase just to get serviced SMH WILL NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THEM AGAIN NOT EVEN FOR GAS
