No response back from emails or calls, they let people park on the cross walk in front of their store.

Be very careful when ordering from them. I won't be purchasing anything from them again.I ordered a pair of sneakers in the beginning of November. The sneakers didn't fit so I emailed their customer service and they agreed to either exchange or return/refund it. It was shipped back November 16th and arrived at their Providence store on the 17th.Per their return policy on their website: "Please allow up to 5 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed." I reached out to them twice regarding my refund and my emails went unanswered. I flagged the transaction with PayPal and I finally got my refund issued today after a month of waiting.

Horrible selection of Jordan’s and Dunks everything is wayyy over priced and can be found at your local Footlocker for retail. Guy checking me out seemed annoyed too idk why.. and their raffles are rigged they back door all the good pairs to people he knows.. surprised they haven’t lost their license with Nike yet..

Professional well informed staff, who are always very helpful. The store has a good selection in a variety of sizes, and they offered to order my size 13 from other locations if available. Quality business, Will be back.

Dope place people are willing to help you find what you need I went there for a size exchange they didn't have it in store but guy said don't worry I can have it here by tomorrow

Staff were very helpful. I was about to find what I was looking for and more. The clothes range from young hipster styles to more classy styles. The shoes are very nice and unique and you might not see those in any other stores.

This is totally my kids thing! But we love this store. We hail from Northern Virginia, and we come here every year when visiting family in East Providence. My son saves is money for nearly a year each time to buy some of the coolest shoes around. Store owners are always present, always chatting with customers, personable and so knowledgeable. Absolutely love this place. As a mom I'm just awestruck walking around looking at all the different shoes. Highly recommend Sneaker Junkies!
