was able to order online and pick up at this very convenient location. parking is not directly in front of the doors so they place items on a dolly and roll them out to your car for you after paying

I called in to inquire about some products and the gentleman that I spoke with was super helpful. Took a ride down and the other employee that worked there was just as helpful if not even more so. What great customer service! very knowledgeable about the products didn't try to sell me anything , top notch place.

They do not take paint recycling in spite of what Google tells you. Or the employee that yelled at me for interrupting his lunch said they don't. I walked in to an empty store, looked around, said hello out loud a few times to no response and after a minute a young guy came out of his office with his hands up and yelled at me. Totally rude for no reason. If the place closes for lunch, then lock the door!
Enjoy your lunch a*

I walked into the store and wasn’t greeted by the staff. No one asked if I needed help. Staff helped a customer that walked in after me. Two employees were talking behind the counter and never asked me if I needed help

The guy was helpful. I liked working with the guy more than the girl. Don't know how the number system works. I thought the top number was in order.

We stopped at this store to get some information on wood stains for our beach cottage. The customer service is top notch. Lisa, spent a good deal of time with us answering questions and providing recommendations to our project. She gave us lots of information to digest and she was great letting us know about a sale that would start the next day and would last over the weekend. At almost $70/gallon of stain, any sale would be welcome! The Sherwin-Williams company dates from 1866, when Cleveland bookkeeper Henry Sherwin invested in Truman Dunham & Co., a paint distributorship. After the partnership dissolved in 1870, he formed Sherwin, Williams, & Co. with Edward Williams and A.T. Osborn. For its first factory, in 1873 the company acquired a cooperage in Cleveland from Standard Oil. Sherwin-Williams was incorporated in Ohio on July 16, 1884, two years after Osborn sold his interest in the company while retaining the retail operations. The company grew through acquisitions and expansions in the late 19th and early 20th century. In the early 1920s, the company became the largest coatings manufacturer in the U.S. Sherwin-Williams experienced a downturn in the 1970s, and Gulf and Western Industries unsuccessfully attempted to take over in that time. The company recovered by fending off the raid and undergoing a series of acquisitions in the 1980s and 1990s, as well as divesting its non-coatings businesses. The company operates more than 2,500 stores worldwide.

Great service. It's so nice to go into a place and have someone friendly wait on you. The employee who helped us recognized I was from FL by my phone number. It was nice to connect with someone from where I moved from. It also reminded me how much I actually miss shopping for stuff in person. You just don't have these types of interactions shopping online. He was very helpful about the paint finish we needed. We felt very welcomed to the area. We will be back!
