Once again, I went to East Side Service Center with an appointment in the a.m. Everything was done promptly and per my request. Extremely satisfied! Jake and Jordan are so nice, and I have yet to find something they cannot fix! Prices are more than reasonable, too! I have finally found excellent mechanics at a fair price - hard to find these days! I give them the highest rating possible, with a plus! Thanks guys

Stopped here to pick up oil for my car, found that their oil is outrageously overpriced, almost double what the shop I work at charges for 5w30 regular, not to mention not having 5w40. Cashier was rude as well unfortunately I still had to buy their gouged oil because I was a qt low.

I’ve been coming here for 20 yrs for gas and air. Unfortunately, during hard times that businesses need to support with engaging with their community and the community needing to support local franchises/businesses, now we require to pay for air. I understand penny pinching customers to sustain operations but Air? Seriously, air?

Tow truck driver was so overtly racist, it was ridiculous that he was even employed there. I wish I had gotten his name because his behavior it not a reflection of the whole company, but still people like that do not deserve jobs. He made humiliating jokes on how people should "learn to speak English". RI is such a diverse community, he should really learn how not to be insensitive and unprofessional!

I highly recommend the Shell service station! I came to Shell without an appointment, because my car suddenly had a problem, and everyone here was extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help me and to fix my car, even though they were already very busy. If something ever goes wrong with my car again, I know that I can trust everyone at Shell. Thank you!

Pulled in with a totally flat tire. They were very helpful. Took the nail out and plugged the tire in about 20 minutes for $20. Very satisfied.

I have never been treated so poorly from a business in my life. I called the to make an appointment and was totally disrespected and insulted from the representative who answered the phone named Dave. Spare yourself any kind of engagement like the one i had and go to any other gas station /service station.

I would like to speak to corporate about a recent mistreatment at this gas station by their employee. Terrible... I rarely go there, but was low on gas. I don't want to put whole story here, because the employee was hostile and rude... But, I believe general/regional & corprate mamagement needs to know what happened, how I was then treated and what exactly transpired. Small hint: Direct opposite of recent Starbucks situation and few others... I never felt as begraded and shocked as yesterday evening. I'm glad my young child wasn't with me at the time.

that thing that blocks snow in window came half off and I drove in and these guys immediately put it on a lift and took the thing off and didn't charge me. Across the street the garage charges 50 bucks whenever they use the lift. THANK YOU GUYS!
