I just called to ask for help booking a full face 60 min service. The representative was seemimgly annoyed and I felt rushed with the conversation. She couldn't book the service for me because she was too busy observing other potential issues in-store. I am glad I didn't book it. It felt so rude and dismissive. Yes, I'm a black girl, she could most-likely hear that in my voice. I dodged a bullet there!

This place is a joke. I ordered online, they cancelled my Versace perfume. The cashier checked and it was actually in stock. I had to re-purchase the product in store. A bunch of drama for someone's incompetence. Then the eyelashes I brought weren't sticking to the lash dish. And they did not have any more in stock to exchange. Again a bunch of drama.I will order online from now on. Or go to another location. And that is a promise I plan to keep.

I had a fantastic experience at Sephora today, thanks to Abby. She went above and beyond by walking me through the store, patiently tolerating my questions for more than an hour. Abby not only helped me choose the perfect makeup but also provided invaluable suggestions. Her exceptional service truly stood out, and I believe she deserves recognition, perhaps even a raise. Sephora is lucky to have such dedicated and customer-focused staff like Abby.❤️

As soon as me and my friend walked in we noticed staff communicating over their head phones and following us. He is a tall brown skinned man and I am an average sized dark skinned Black women. This is clearly racism . I came in to purchase the touch land hand sanitizer but I was immediately taken out of line to make the purchase with one of the staff that was following us, when I gave her the card, there was an error, and she walked away from me for quite a while, I noticed the people behind me were already being checked out, and when I pointed this out, she immediately allowed me to make my purchase and leave. This store is extremely racist.

Sephora credit cards are not worth it! Do not open a Sephora credit card. If I could I would give this 0 stars. I have been charged the same amounts for random fees and I haven’t even shopped there in months! I have already payed the amount that was sent once and they told me I would only pay 2 more dollars. But no, I have been charged the same amount this month. They keep sending me bills and insisting I pay because I owe the specific amount that I have already payed. Charging me for absolutely nothing! If you want to shop at Sephora, use your own money or other payment other than a Sephora credit card. I hope they see this!

Employees are always rude. I always have a bad experience coming here, and it sucks because there’s only ONE nice person in there that helps, the rest are sour and seem to not want to be there. In summation don’t come to this Sephora. Go to a different Sephora if you care about quality service and just being able to feel comfortable while shopping.

I was at sephora yesterday in Providence Mall with my friend and we were looking around and found some nice products and then we started talking to a lady who works there, her name is MJ, she was extremely helpful, walked my friend and I through our skin care routine, with steps, and told us what products to use when and where. (her manager, Bo, did as well, he was super helpful as well, they're both great!!!) They helped us find a couple good products for our skin, they're super super friendly people, helpful and accommodating. (They should get a raise). Will definitely go back when i can, and hope to see this woman!!

My friend and I went to Sephora specifically looking for a color-correct product to conceal dark under eye circles. We were immediately greeted by Melissa who offered to assist. But instead of helping to find the product we wanted, she told me that I didn't have dark circles, therefore I did not need what I came in to purchase. She instead insisted that I needed a better full coverage concealer and proceeded to show me several concealers. When I pointed out that my dark circles were still visible despite her application of the concealer, she offered no help and instead asked me if I had been using "cheap, drugstore makeup" after asking general make up application tips. And ironically, the last recommendation she offered was a color correcting undereye cream. Which of course should be applied underneath the make up that she had just put on.Needless to say, I did not end up getting what I came in for. If she was not intending to be condescending, she is completely void of any self awareness and needs to learn how to appropriately read her audience!

Very fun and fully stocked Sephora!There are a lot of fragrance options and I especially love the Sephora brands.The skin care selections are great! Loved seeing Dematologica items in full sizes.The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable!
