Just a few days ago I posted a less than favorable review of the Savers in E. Providence, decided to return a item, to Branch Ave instead (no fitting rooms situation is a royal pain in the a$$), and my experience was so good, I felt it important to give great customer servixe acknowledgment too ?. Just as with E.P, I had selected an item with retail tag price that was less than Savers. I decided to ask nicely why that was, and without hesitation, the young lady retickied it to less than half the price, she was also genuinely friendly and we had a pleasant exchange (not sterile and perfunctory). Would I have written positive review if they didn't mark it down, absolutely! Because this was one of several good experiences at this Savers over last couple of years.

I just watched this employee wheel out the new shoe rack and grab 2 pairs of Jordan sneakers and wander to the front of the store and put right into a customers cart who was waiting by the cds. Aren’t there rules against this?

Employee was so focused on a handicap parking instead of giving good customer service mind you handicapped parking located way further from entrance than regular parking please make it make sense besides that point it’s up to law enforcement or police to deal with issuing a ticket or anything else my opinion make sure your donations are put away and your customers are happy let parking enforcement or police department deal with this ya have enough donations needing you employee looking for clout waste of your time cause your lost would not be returning

I hadn't been here in a while, but the sales were just as good as a few years ago. Most thrift stores are raising prices to an unfair amount. Savers seems to be keeping things affordable. There's a really large selection as well when it comes to sizing and style. I was able to find big and tall shorts for only $10 a piece, and all my items were around $5 or $6 a piece. They had tank tops and t shirts for under $5, too. I also got 3 stainless steel name brand pans/pots for around $6 to $8 each that I fixed up like new. It's important to mention that they no longer have fitting rooms.

I am almost certain the employees slap a SOLD sticker on the furniture to take for themselves along with some other good quality items. They are getting ridiculous with their prices. Please consider donating to families in need before donating to savers. They are a rip off!!!!

Just wondering WHY? WHY? & WHY? The CEO of Savers, Mr. Ken Alterman...If Savers Mission statement is "Because we believe that your pre-loved stuff has the power to change the world. As champions of reuse, we're committed to keeping one-of-a-kind finds out of landfills. We know that with every thrift purchase or decluttering drop-off, you're helping protect the planet and supporting your community." We the customers appreciate what you are doing for our planet Mr. Alterman plus we also donate & shop @ Savers. Every visit at Savers we notice the price tags on ALL ITEMS ARE INCREASING instead of been affordable. Why CEO Mr. Ken Alterman WHY???
