Ms. Carolina gives terrible service, when I go to send money and she is on a personal call you have to wait for her to finish, when she receives a person she does not greet.Her greeting is give me your phone number and in a bad tone.This message is not with bad intentions, it is just so that she has better behavior because she is treating people.All the other girls are very kind and polite.

What a terrible service they offer. Every time I go, Mrs. Carolina is using the phone, she sends me wrong messages, she doesn't even greet and treats customers like we are a nuisance since we interrupt her calls. And I have said 3 times that I don't want free internet.
