Can't thank the staff here enough! During my two years of being a student here, I know I can always come hear if I have questions about anything needed for my classes. Michaelle is soo knowledgable she even gives you deets on which classes actually use the books. And Orlando is always at the front, rain or shine, busting through orders, no brakes on this guy. They even price match other US based booksellers!

The most accommodating bookstore and employees, especially for veterans. Having been a student here for almost three years, I have never had any issues getting something taken care of when needed. The staff is pleasant and more than willing to help.

Would share zero stars if possible. Staff is rude, incompetent, and untrustworthy, and unapproachable. Choosing to go back to school is a feat all on its own without the help of rude of staff that seem to make up rules as they go and look down at you as if you’re nobody for asking for price matching or other options. Save your time and money by shopping online or LITERALLY anywhere else.

If I could give the place a zero I would. No concern with providing the students with proper services. No wonder why enrollment is down nearly 50% in the past 5 or 6 years. I actually removed myself off the alumni list because I'm embarrassed.

Michelle was such a big help! I called ahead of time to ask if she had the books in stock and when I arrived, she had them ready to go for me. I can't thank her enough for getting me in and out of the store as fast as possible.

Very unhappy with this bookstore. Had to order for a book that was required for a class. The only option I had was to buy new or buy used. Rental was not even an option. It was $50 to buy used, which I chose. But there was no used books to buy, so the price went up to $70 without being notified until I got the order shipped email. When I called the bookstore, I was told I could return it even though I still have to take the class. As this is suppose to be a "buget friendly" school for students, the bookstore is not at all. Go else where for your textbooks.
