I gave them one star because we can not give 0 star. One of the worst jewelry shop, they charged us for the jewelry repair which is broken within 7 days of purchase. People please avoid this shop, there are so many other alternatives.

If you are on foot, and round the corner, the sharp cement wall that sticks out will scrape you leg. There are weeds and grass growing through the rocks in the unkept side yard

This place is a absolute rip off, pricing doesn't add up current price on 24k GOLD is 58.70 a gram. I was quoted at first a 14g chain $1,200 that's a 378.20 mark up. I was told that's the craftsmen fee and tax.the interesting part was when I was quoted for a 10 gram chain. US cost should be $507.80 without craftsmen fees and taxI was quoted $980 with tax and craftsmen fees and this time the total was $472 mark up. FOR A CHAIN THAT WEIGHS LESS 7% tax doesn't even add up correctly along with craftsmen fees. contacted AG office and they stated there's a limit for craftsmen fees that jewelers can charge per hr THIS IS OPTIONAL PRICING SO DONT BE FOOLED OR ROBBED BY THIS COMPANYI don't work for free... but basically you're saying premium fee depend on size and design? from my understanding the mark up is higher on a chain that weighs less than my first quote at 14gs. How can a solid 10g chain have a higher mark up than the chain that was 14g solid . Design wasn't any different Not sure what part of that is fair to you? Pay more for less gold. seems to me this is the gentlemen that has his pricing correct but every time I deal with the woman there she never makes any sense on her pricing and pushes for 1kplus sale
