Amazing service and care for customer. I live in the neighborhood and never really had issues with my tires before until one morning I got a flat on the way to the airport. Upon returning from my trip I decided to take my car by to get the tire fix. The service and care provided is a reason I will only be giving Quality Tire my business and family business in the future. Genuine good people who don’t try to make an extra buck of someone when they probably could.

Very honest and efficient! Took my car to so many places to see why air was leaking from my tire and I was continuously told there was nothing wrong. This was the only place that went above and beyond to take off my tires and looked more into what was going on. Definitely recommend this place

I had called several other spots for tires and NP gave me the best quote, on a brand I actually recognized (which is comforting as someone with little auto knowledge, brand recognition does sell).I got two new tires installed - the day after I called, and within 3 hours. I'm a terrible adult and putting air in my tires all weekend to hold off and find a good rate wasnt the best decision, but now I know where to start next time.

I went last November 2022 to have my front brakes and rotors replaced. Once I left the place, my brakes were squeaking, I was told this was normal. As the weeks went by, it got louder. I had to take my car back her 5 times until I was told that they had to replace a part. Those 5 times, I had to take an Uber to and from work which was costly! It is now August 2023 and a year has not gone by yet, my whole front end shimmeys when I apply the brakes. I was told by another mechanic who is a close friend of mine, that I need new brakes beause the rotors are warped Warnng: DO NOT GET YOUR BRAKES FIXED HERE, THEY USE SUB-PAR PARTS!

I brought my truck in for a flat. They got me right in without an appointment and back on the road in less than an hour. I have been a customer for some time but I got the same level of customer service since 2010 when I brought in an older truck for some exhaust work. The prices are fair and they don't BS you with stuff you don't need. I will bring my truck to then when it's out of warranty and will continue for oil and tires. Hard to find honest people these days.

I have been going to North Providence Tire since 1986. I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years. I will never set foot in the place ever again. Two years ago, I had a code come up on the dashboard that said there was a problem with the rear brake pads. They checked the sensors and said there was nothing wrong with them and nothing wrong with the brakes. They never fixed the problem with the message coming up on the dashboard every time I started the car.The pandemic hit and I worked at home for two years. I brought the car in for an oil change last week and the genius who did the work, saw the dashboard code last week and said I needed brakes. I doubt he even looked at the brakes. I knew I did not need brakes and that it was the sensors. They ordered parts for brakes and I took my car back before they could do the repair. I brought my car to another repair place and they said I needed TWO SENSORS. The repair was approx $200 altogether and I got my car back in a matter of a few hours.I'm an elderly, and now very ill, woman but I'm not stupid. Maybe these guys don't value me because I'm female. Maybe I didn't pay them with money that was green enough for their taste.I think they are taking in way too much work and are not doing a very good job any more. They wrote me off even though I've been a loyal customer. Now it's my turn to write them off.
