I was stranded on the other side of Providence from my home, because my wheel had mysteriously fallen off my bike, and I could not seem to get it reattached myself, so I called Providence Bicycle. I've been a customer for at least 13 years, and have always trusted them with my bike needs. They actually sent someone out to my location, where I was stranded, and they fixed my bike, and even helped me with securing the cargo on my bike. I am so grateful to know them, and that they actually came to my need, when I had no where else to turn. Love you guys! - Robbin.

Excellent shop, service, and staff. Spent hours in here today trying 5 different bikes and never felt rushed or pressured. Ended up finding a great bike at a great price. Me and my family will be customers for life!

This place is beyond impressive with the perfect atmosphere of how bike shops used to be. It’s the biggest bicycle shop in Providence and I still got amazing personable service since it’s a family run business.Huge selection of brands, anything you could ever need, and styles, and not just one big brand like a couple of other stores in the area.Highly recommend!

Rented bikes from here for a week long trip to visit my in-laws. Everyone in the store was amazingly kind, and they entertained my endless questions. They had tons of cool bikes, and lots of accommodations for different cycling abilities. Prices very reasonable for a week long rental period to boot.Highly recommend them :)

If u don't have over 1000 bike they put u down the owner I think only person shows u any kind of respect is Rob ty to him very arrogant to me made me feel like he thinks he is better then everyone else sad but true

If u don't have high end bike they put u down just trying to ride a bike not buy 1000 bike to do so told me my bike would work on ya did Lincoln woods today then did EP bike path to Bristol on my cheapbbike so arrogant to me will I made it take that when I do buy a bike I sure won't be from there he looks like his seat stuck up his ass

I purchased a new Giant Cypress 2 bike in mid October. Lou helped with a proper fitting to help avoid knee, low back and neck pain from the bike I was riding. Unfortunately there was an issue with a knocking sound with every rotation of the peddles. They took the bike back twice, picking it up from my house the second time. They were determined to fix it and they did. Everyone who I came in contact with treated me with respect. Jimmy, Sergio, Noah, Barak and Jake. Lots of knowledge there. I even brought my 12 year old Diamondback in to be hauled over and it's running beautifully. I now have a winter bike and a summer bike. Companies like this restore my faith in humanity. Thank you. Knowledgeable, helpful owner and staff. I had a great experience here when I brought in a bike with a problem. They fixed it and took the time to explain things to me. Also helped me choose and install some accessories.

Went in because my EBike I assembled had something wrong with it. Front handlebar column was super loose and my brakes needed to be aligned. They brought it right in, explained what was wrong to me, did everything super quick and the price was small. Bike rides great now. Can’t ask for better service

If you want the best service in Rhode Island or mass do yourself a favor and just go here. Ask for Jim aka "pink" and you will not be disappointed. Good honest work. Great communication and just the best around. Jim has decades of experience riding, owning bike shops, and working now back at Providence Bicycle! My bike went in for a tune up this year and it is riding better than ever!!!! Thank you Jim and providence bicycle!!!!
